Oh! My menu Again

apa yang myoliza makan yerr!!!
walaupun ade hari yg tercilok
saja2 mencilok
tapi low carbs still keep going
no nasikk plzz
lebihkan sayuran hijau
minum 8-16gelas air sehari
it helps digestion
makan laah fresh poultry,,sumber alami
ikan, ikan, ikan
kembung, sardin, ikan jacket
panfried memang sedap
nyum! nyum! nyum!
elakkan processed food yerr
elakkan gula, makanan manis2
kurangkan garam and
starchy food.

lunch kt dapur sarawak~kerabu daging+umai udang+paru+bakchoy

dinner masak sendiri taugeh+kembung

selar and taugeh again+udang&tauhu,..tmabahan kicap hitam ;D

selar again+sawi&udang,kicap sikit,..hitam pulak

lunch again at dapur sarawank,kerabu daging+umai+tauhu sambal+kobis goreng

cencaru & kangkung,..best jugak stirfry kangkung,,rangup...
selalu kt kedai overcooked jd hitam lebam,x sedap

hari ni hujan lebat so, tapau jer gerai sebelah,keli & sayur kacang+kobis

walaupun TERkantoi
or saja mengKANTOI
diet tetap diteruskan
low carbs,..
kita lah apa yang kita makan
EAT HEALTHY
YOU LOST NATURALLY!


***esok nak balik kg,..dalam kepala dok berangan nak makan pulut doriyan ngan mak, boleh tak ;D

  1. Slm..singgah blog akak. Teruja sy tgk akak da kurus. Ingat nk try jugakla atkin's diet neh cuma skang tgh gather info sket2..apa yg leh makan n apa yg xleh. Sblm nk stat ni kene spring clean dl esbok habeskan sgl mknn berkarbo hehehhe..smbil2 mencari kekuatan utk mendisiplinkan diri. Bila nk stat xtau tp nk kurus cepat:P tp nk tanye akak, klu nk msk kene pantang bawang gula garam kicap segala apa rasa mskn tu? tawar ker? xkan bakar ayam tanpa garam?

    hi Ila, welkam to blog akak,..yup, just follow apa yg boleh dan x boleh mkn tuu,low carbs..mcm yg superdzul list tu,..mostly akak msk sendiri, garam,kunyit and cili boh boleh,..kang tawar pulak,..bwg akak taruk jerr, dulu2 limited, tp skrg msk akak taruk 1/2 bwg bombay tu,..agak2 jer dgn sayur kita masak...cuma tak amik sos, and kicap,..tp akak guna light soya sos, brand POPO...kicap cair ni 1g per serving ;D
