Oh! 6 Ramadhan 1431H

menu for sahur and berbuka again: ayam bakar & ikan bakar ;D

sahur+1kurma+1pisang


berbuka+1kurma+500ml green tea+1pisang

sudah hari ke-6 yer,.nnt kita check berat hari ketujuh,...ade penurunan kerr ?

***malam2 for snack myoliza makan, kacang shantung,huhu ;D
