OH! MUBARAK DINNER

huhu,..makan2 marathon
chinese course
diet ntah kemana
makan2 start pukul 9
sampai kul 11 mlm pun tak habis2 makan lagi
mcm mana tuu
sepatutnya makan sebelum kul8
haiyoo,..hancuss lagi
dish start with
4 hot mix appetiser
shark fin soup with crab meat
spicy chicken grill
sweet and spicy deep fried fish
butter prawn
mushroom and brokoli
and chinese fried rice
and dessert,
sweet duets, puding and tart pear
coconut sea mcm laicikang
and myoliza minum chinese tea
ade jgak sirap lemon

sambil makan ade selingan nyanyian
artis 1 malaysia
melayu china india
layankan ajer,...
and artis jemputan yg glamor
ade ANA RAFALI dengan baju kurungnya
layankan ajer...
mostly audience veteran wakil rakyat yg dah pencen
sebab nii majlis diaorng.
layankan ajer,..sib baik makanan best!
but organiser kurang professional, utk event yang dihadiri TPM.
meja tak direserve for the contribute
no meja ade,..tak der nama
haiyoo,..suh penuhkan mana yg kosong,
boleh ker macam tu!
tapi invitation for 2 tables,hrmmm !!!

  1. salam mayoliza...apa khabar tentunya seronok n bahagia kan apa tah lagi bila dh mencapai apa yg dihajati..lama sgt rasanya tk ziarah myoliza...kebetulan labtop kak masuk 'wad'..paS tu gi balik kpg ambil cuti sakan jaga ayah kak kat hospital..nk buat cam ne kan...dikejutkan pulak dpt bos baru, apa lagi kerja bnyk ler pulak semua nk on that time..maklumlah bos baru ..bnyk ler pulak perubahan..kak rasa sedih ler sesangat koz bulan julai nie akak kantoi n hancus dr bab minum hingglah makan ..diet entah kemana...hu..hu..hu ....nasib badan..
    oh yer myoliza.. akak nk tanyalah kalau lepas buat senaman boleh ke kita terus minum seteguk dua..just utk nk basahkan tekak boleh tk ...n another one.. kak ada beli supplement product vitahealth bila mkn selera akak menjadi2 n akak rasa mcm pening2 lalat lah...memang gitu ker koz dulu akak ada mkn supliment Centrum tak lak gitu...sorry myoliza akak bnyk ler pulak tanya ...mungkin myoliza ada information yg baik berbanding dgn kak nie..btw thanks yer ...bnyk infor yg kak dpt dr myoliza n sifu zul hanya tuhan saja yg dpt membalasnya...

    pekaba,..lama yer kita nak chat,..ermm berat dah ideal,..tapi sejak dua menjak nii,..saya kuat ponteng and curik2 makan benda yg x boleh,huhu,..ade2 jer,hehe,..tp pandai2 laa,..still on diet, and maintain good eating habit low carbs,..oo pasal multivit vitaton tu,..mula2 amik dulu,,saya pening2 lalat gak,..pusing kepala,,and pasal selera makan,..tu saya tk perasan plak,..tp member saya yg amik dia ader ckp,,selera mnjadi2,..lagi tambah selera,..saya amik sebiji sehari jer time pagi after breakfast. pharmacy bagitau, better mkn time pagi.

    and lepas senaman boleh kot minum air,saya pun minum gak...selalu lepas jogging,buat cool down, and jalan ke kereta ade gak 5minit,..saya minum 1.5ltr bekal air tu,..kdg2 x habis pun

    time bulan posa pun sama, simple things is just elakkan amik nasik. sahur u makan mcm breakfast or lunch. low carbs, minum air byk2,..can take kurma sebiji jer, sbb sunnah, coz high carbs, if u are atkins beginner, its limited for 20g carbs per day,..but kurma carbs dia 25.1g sebiji,..so amik sebiji, lgpun kurma bg kita tenaga,..akak pun x leh sahur heavy2 pagi tak lalu,..so amik kurma or scramble egg/ pisang (but phase3 baru leh amik pisang, high carbs gak)

    phase 3 dah bleh amik buah, means tht u r only 5 kg of ur targetted weight!

    and berbuka tu,,minum air bebanyak and mkn cam lunch tuu. but still elakkan nasik.

    actually, time posa kemungkinan berat lambat turun, sbb metabolisma slow, bila x makan. but diff people diff metabolism,kn.

    apepun, low carbs diet. happy atkins to you.
    and selamat berpuasa bulan ramadhan! ;D
