sahur:


1wholemeal chapatti
1telor hancur
snowpea sprouts+celery+tomato+timun+mayo
give a BIG BITE, ok.
nyum, nyum, nyum

berbuka:

pasta daging cincang ;D
hehe, abaikan brp carbs agaknya yerr...

    in atkins phase 1 & phase 2, limited 20g -25g per day carbs..tak leh amik wholegrains lagi, cm brwonrice,oatmeal or wholewheat,..bila dh dapat berat target/ideal or BMI or 5 kg dr sasaran,..so,phase3 leh laa tambah sikit,,,high carbs grains,..mmg byk yg boleh dimakan dlm atkins ni,...bukn sayur ngan lauk jerr,..;D
