Oh! 18 Ramadhan 1431H

bersahur:
aiseyyy,...wholewheat chappati lagi kan,..
1peket rm4.30 ade 10kpgs,..so 10 hari sahur ni jerlaa
chappati with tuna kari plus tomato & timun
you all rasa wholewheat chapatti lebih kurang tortilla tak?
sapa penah makan or beli tortilla....ade tak, sila angkat tangan...;D

berbuka:


500ml green tea
1biji pisang
1ikan jaket panfried+bakchoy stirfry+umai udang (best,..suka mkn nii)

pencuci mulut:
1biji plum

ini resepi UMAI UDANG myoliza nyer style:
1. 5ekor udang (buang kulit) dibelah dua
2. cuci bersih dan rendam sampai putih dlm 4tbs cuka
3.1 serai
4.1tomato
5.1/2 inci halia
6.1/2 jengkal timun
7.1bawang bombay
8. 1tbs light soya sos POPO & secubit gula (sikit jerr)
9. 2biji cili padi
10.1/2 potong cili hijau

***bahan 3-10, dihiris-hiris dan digaul bersama dgn udang cuka tadi, gaul rata and simpan dlm fridge,sementara tunggu waktu berbuka
***leh jugak taruk kacang shantung tumbuk,..tapi myoliza nyer stock dh abis,..so tak taruk pun tak per...
selamat mencuba.best sesangat.


*** hari ni dah hari ke 18 Ramadhan,..mcm outside plak,..tetiba dpt kad merah tak berapa nak merah pulak, kul 5.30pm,dah laa 2hari lepas dpt PMS,...menstrual pain,...hrmmm, ini sudah di kira terbatal kan,..anak bulan sudah terbit laaa.....

    best lah tgk akak nyer menu..
    tapi kan tgh wat atkins diet leh ke amik capati tu bukan tu dari tepung gak ker..
    coz jemu gak kan nk makan aym, telur, syur je.

  2. suwaibah: akak dh capai berat BMI,..so phase 3, and phase4-life time maintenance, u can slowly add carbs, wholegrains: wholewheat or brown rice,..but still with limited portion.
