macam x percaya pulak,..harini akak timbang,..berat tunjuk 52kg,..
padahal makan cilok2,..langgar pantang, ade gak amik nasik
mmg kena makan & main tipu2 kot....utk nyah lemak degil....
atau ini hanya ilusi semata-mata
walau byk kali turun naik penimbang....
x kesahlaa,...janji berat x naik.kan kan kan

kitalah apa yg kita makan.
makan berpada2,..sekali sekala off track,..kita yg tentukan.
jgn pulak  lelama off track,...nanti nangis x suda.okay.

oH! TAKNAKGEMUK DAY 38

pada perkiraan akak hari ni baru masuk hari ke-38 (start hari tu on 16/2/11) ...taknakgemuk diet group...tak lama lg leh laa reunion,,cheatday ramai2 on 10/04/2011....huhuhu...tapi smlm akak dh cheat day,bkn smlm pun kdg2, ade gak, akak cilok..semalam berbuka dgn sebungkus nasi kukus ayam goreng berempah,..huahahahaa ;D

kita lah apa yg kita makan. makan utk hidup.

nampaknyer sasaran x berjaya utk 50kg,,,tp maintain 54kg.
slow-slow laa, janji masih berat BMI.kan.kan. betul tak.

sabtu 19/03/2011 - cheatday lagi kantoi....brp byk kali kantoi dah myoliza nii...huhu
sabtu hari tu,..hari penutup SUKEP 2011 kt Putrajaya,,..so apelagi,..mkn2 laa,..bf :beehun goreng, kueh cokodok,karipap,,,lunch: nasi minyak,...then habis acara jln2 ke alamanda,,beli roti boy,,,and big apple donut,..huhu...[kantoi = off diet ]

lunch - ikan tenggiri grg sekeping+paru+sayur kobis+nasi 2sudu (opppss ;D)
dinner- ikan selar grg+sayur bakchoy stirfry

bf: 2telor rebus+1mug nescafe ;D
lunch: 1kembung bakar+1tofu telor+sayur kobis
dinner : 2hotdog+1telor+mixveggie+1tbs mayo+salad



day 29 - rabu 16/03/2011

bf: 2telor rebus+kicap sikit+1mug green tea,...opss tadi ade mkn muffin blueberry sejibik,..member kasi,..mau mkn jugakkk....[kantoi]
lunch: 1ketul ayam masak kicap+sayur campur+pucuk ubi+kerabu jantung+bilis kentang grg tempe


malam ni,..mau makan apa....kalau xder selera,..akak makan telor rebus jerr....;(

p/s: minuman akak green tea or air suam sahaja,...x minum air manis,..tapi semalam kempunan nk minum,..teringin lama x minum,..tgk org minum jer kt pantry....

Oh! taknakgemuk day24 [kantoi lagii]

breakfast : 2telor rebus+1mug green tea

lunch: jalan2 cari makan - Nasi Bukhara Beriyani Ayam....+ air limau suam tanpa gula


gilerr byk nasi nii,,,terkejut akak mula2 tgk,leh makan 3org sepinggan.
agak2 berap carbs niii....1pinggan 88g utk nasi biasa,...ni rasanya 300carbs,..huhuhu,selalunya paling max carbs leh amik 60carbs sehari,,tu pun kalau metabolisma tinggi and aktif...;(

p/s.akak makan 1/4 jerr ;D

[kantoi laagiii], apa nak jadi nga myoliza nii,..asyik ponteng jerr,..tadi lunch member ajak pi try nasi bukhara,..huhuhu, camner nak reunion taknakgemuk...sebulan lagiii.adoyaiiiii....sapa mau jawab,kalau gemukkk,weiiii

day23 ~ hari kantoi

hari ni breakfast 1/2 lontong [ade org belanja,..huhu ade jer makan free kt opis myoliza..murah rezeki diaorg kan] - mkn 3 ketul nasi impit & sayur lontong,..kuah x amik

lunch - balance 4 ketul lagi nasi impit kuah kacang & sambal

dinner : dok tengah pikir nak makan aper,.....jap lg balik masak ....

dinner: 3hotdog (brand farmgold 3bj per serving=2g)+2scramble mixveggie+salad+1/2tomato+1tbs mayo

huwaaaaa,....pagi ni timbang....berat akak naik 1kg,..
[padan muka,,,sapa suh kantoi,,,sedap kan makan cheese nan,muffin,kek,nasi ayam,nasi...kueyteow,..huhu, minggu yg hancuss]

biarkan....biarkan,...lets back on track babeh...lets do it again. you are what u eat.

hari ni hari ke 21 *mode berpuasa* [mesti korang pelik kan,..naperlaa,,myoliza ni tak habis2 puasa ni, puasa itu kan ibadah ;D]

tadi sahur 5.30am ~ 2 biji telor separuh masak+1cawan susu skim milk.[ayooo, kalau nk kurus cepat,,,xbleh minum susu,ya!]



berbuka/dinner : sup sayur & ayam

Oh! taknakgemuk day 19 & 20

day 19 ~ x dikira diet laa kott,...sebab apa,..??? cheating day lagi,..2nd week minggu kantoi jerr,...

pagi bf  2 telor rebus...
then kul 8.30pg,,pi jogging tasik titiwangsa,,2x pusing,..then balik joging singgah kedai mamak,..cadang nk masak tomyam for lunch,,..and beli gak kuey teow,,[dlm hati,,leh mkn keuy teow tomyam] alih2 myoliza goreng keuy teow,..huhuhu,...habisslaa 1 pinggan...oh my god!!! x sedar diri,..perasan kuwus,kan ;D

tapi kan,,nk citer n bagi tau,..bila makan kuey teow ni,,dasyat tull penangan dia,...tau laa carbs tinggi,...takkan sampai leh naik 1kg ,,,mcm x caya,,,huwaaaa,..pg tadi akak timbang, 55kg. tobat lepas nii kena jaga makan. x boleh kantoi,...sikit2 boleh laa...huhu

dinner : 1mangkuk tomyam.




p/s.opps,..lupa, time pi jogging semalam,..THANKS TO JULIE,,,sbb sudi sapa and tegur myoliza, masa kt tasik titiwangsa semalam. selalu2 laa singgah blog akak,yer. yg elok leh ikut,..yg kantoi,,tu xyah ikut.ya.kdg2 akak pun lost track gak. ;D


day 20 - meneruskan berpuasa and taknak gemuk diet
sahur/bf ~ 1mangkuk tomyam + 1biji telor separuh masak.

Oh! Dengan ATKINS PASTI BOLEH

myoliza vs ecah
 54kg vs 50kg...
ecah ni lebih tinggi dari myoliza,....agak2 kalau myoliza 50kg,...mesti sekerempeng...
pada myoliza,..yg penting capai berat BMI anda,yer....
and maintain sentiasa dlm julat BMI.

chaiyok! chaiyok! ATKINERs,..OBESITI SIFAR utk semua.

p/s: semua kawan ckp, muka x berubah still tembam,,,walau badan yg kurus...huhu
sapa ade petua kecikkan muka,..jom kunyah chewing gum.


Oh! SUKEP Putrajaya 2011

semalam 5 March 2011,..myoliza berkampung 1 hari di PERMATA, Petronas Training Centre sehari suntuk jgk lerr,..dr pukul 7.30pg hingga 5petang.

1st time AZRB join karnival sukan anjuran Putrajaya Holdings,...utk acara futsal,volleyball and badminton.
myoliza join team futsal wanita,...bukannye terror main pun,..bolehhlaa kann,,,yg penting enjoy,..leh gak wat kuar peluh.  kul 9pg 1st match lawan PJH team...kita org menang....2-0 mungkin sbb awal pagi,..and semangat masih berkobar2,..tahap level lawan pun,...lebih kurang kita orang jerr,..;)

tapi utk azrb vs SUNCON kita dibelasah 5-0 ....huhu,...diaorang mmg power arrr,..pemain2 pun cm laki...tgk pun cam selalu turun padang,..huhu.

and AZRB vs WCT pun,..kitaorg dibelasah jugak 2-0...

last match,,...kita org bertembung balik PJH vs AZRB,..dah petang semua pun dh penat...pihak lawan pun,..dah pancit gak,...tapi kami tetap lawan gak,...kita org menang,..1-0.



it was a good experience,...lain kali leh wat friendly match,..selalu pun main, main-main pun,suka2 utk keluar peluh jerr.

so,semalam banyak jugak membakar peluh. .

its a compliments laa ...lunch : nasi ayam + air mineral mmg lerr berbotol....asyik berulang ke toilet jerr,,,.nk tunggu game ;)



dinner kul 6.30ptg...antar nonie kt cochrane,..singgah pekena cheese nan &  ayam tandoori, air limau suam...wahwah wah...

cabaran diteruskan,...tapi nampaknya,..diet myoliza makin tercabar,..makin tersasar jerr,...huhu

hari Jumaat yg penuh berkat,..pepagi kt opis ade org belanja nasi kerabu laa,..=D

so, breakfast pagi ni,..1/2 bungkus nasi kerabu+1ketul ayam+1/2telor masin
alhamdullillah.syukur nikmat Allah yg memberi.

to all atkins beginners,..jgn tiru aksi ini....[berat akak 54kg,..BMI...so its compliments, 4 me laaa,..huhuhu...]

kenapa akak sekarang mcm nii,...haaa!!!!. [x elok kan perangaii....;( ]

NO LUNCH......x kuar,,,kedai sebelah pulak tutup hari nii,...minum 1 mug nescafe...??? huhu

masih kurang selera,..malam nii nak masak sup ayam, laa.

***mode berpuasa***

tido mati,..x bangun sahur...so no breakfast hari nii....
penat sangat ke,,sampai x terjaga,..smlm tido kul 12.30am,,, awallaa jugakk
sedar2 dh 6.30 pagi. ;(

pukul 3.00m ~ puasa anda dibatalkan.huhu.

mood makan pun larii,..pg x breakfast,...lunck x kuar,...craving for sweet thing...ngap kek coklat kwn kasi,..igtkan tapau utk berbuka,.tp berbuka awal.mkn jerlaa,lg pun tu jer mknn yg ade...diet harini totally HANCUSSSS.




dinner mlm ni,,hanyalaah sup sayur & tauhu telor. td pun beli aiskrim kt kedai mamak.RM1 per scoop,..lama x makan aiskri,...=D


sekian laporan, yg agak mengecewakan pada hari ke 15. HANCUSSSS.

Oh! Taknakgemuk day14

***mode berpuasa***

sahur/breakfast: 2teolor scramble+mix veggie+1tomato+timun



hari ni cukup 14hari induction,..tapi akak tak nak ambik timbangan lagi,...besok2 pagi baru amik.baru ngam2 14hari kan =D

tapi minggu ke2 ni,..ade sikit2 mengkantoi kan diri,..mkn kerepek,kek,..susu...mocha....haiyoooo
mungkin penurunan sikit sahaja akan berlaku,...haaa,,,sapa nk jawab tuu,,,sendiri mau ingat laa kan.sapa suh main2 dan kantoi.!!! haiyoooo....[maybe penurunan a bit slow dlm 500gm....bila dlm julat BMI], berat muscle xperlaa kan,..jgn tambah berat lemak.huhu

cabaran paling besar dalam diet adalah mencabar diri sendiri,..lawan nafsu nak mengunyah and cravings for sweet thing.huhu. diri kita yg tentukan bukan org lain, kita nak kurus,,,so kitalaah yg kena berusaha keras.
kalau amik personal trainer pun,..dia hanya sebagai guidance sahaja, to guide us to eat right.dos and donts

CABARAN TAKNAK GEMUK ADALAH MENCABAR DIRI KITA SENDIRI.


berbuka/dinner: akak masak asam pedas tenggiri+telor dadar+salad kobis & timun,...additional nasi.
[apekehal ni,..tetiba ade nasikk,sejemput...kwang!kwang!....teringin nak makan asam pedas.....meraikan 14 hari tanpa nasi kahh???...lambat lagi cheat dayy....huhu...x ssabar tullll...sowiiiii =D





haaa,,,ini ade lagi buah tangan dr kelate,...durian & mangga,..huhu
durian makan 1 ulas jerr,...mangga 2-3 potong....haissssh.
