huhuhu,..jam menunjuk detik 6.30pm,...tinggal 1jam dr sekarang, tiba tiba bala tentera MERAH datang menyerang,...ermmmmm terpaksa angkat bendera P. posa anda hari ni DIBATALKAN.

                ~ 2scramble egg with mushroom osyter...sedapnyerrr nyum3
                ~4tbs barley wholegrain
        5.15am ~ 500ml air kosong

            ~3kembong panfried+kailan&brokoli stirfry+4sudu barley


 
**** perasan tak ade penambahan makanan baru dlm menu myoliza yer,...mcm pisang, barley, susu,..hehe,..tahap sensitivity karbohidrat setiap org tak sama kan,..sebab tu dlm atkins ade tahap2 dia,..phase1, phase2, phase3 and phase4.

phase3 - pre maintenance,..bila berat target hanya 5kg dr sasaran,..so u can add more 10grams carbs on your daily menu. and nak tau rupa2nya,,,,kita dah boleh makan :

1. BUAH, mcm :
~pisang (sederhana size),
~1/2 apple
~1biji kiwi
~1/2 cawan watermelon...

2. BIJIRIN
~ 1/2 CAWAN OATMEAL
~ 1/4 PASTA (WHOLEMEAL)

sejak myoliza dh berjaya kuruskan kan badan nii,..
kira berjaya laa kan,,dr 66kg skrg 56kg after 3bln +++ days
ramai yg tanya nak petua and apa yg myoliza makan,
ade yg tanya low carb tu apa,..sbb ada yg dh tak makan nasikk tapi tak kurus2 gak
low carb tu low carbohidrat,..di mana dlm diet ni kita limit to 20gram saja sehari
and kita amik sumber karbohidrat tu dr sumber sayuran hijau,...
ramai gak kawan2 kt fb tanya, leh tak tunjuk breakfast, lunch and dinner tu nak makan apa..?
bagi myoliza simple jer rules nyer kan,..
1. faham betul2 AND KHATAM BAB 1 SUPERDZUL BLOG TU
2. IKUT APA YG BOLEH DAN X BOLEH
3. NO TEPUNG FOOD,..ROTI/ MEE /BEEHUN
4. NO PROCESSED FOOD
5. NO SOS
6. NO KICAP
7. NO STARCHY FOOD ,IE KENTANG
8. MINUM BANYAK AIR KOSONG AT LEAST 8 GELAS OR 16GELAS SEHARI, UTK ELAKKAN SEMBELIT
9. NO SUSU OR DAIRY PRODUCT,..LEVEL CARB SETIAP ORG X SAMA,..TAKUT SUGAR SPIKE,,,SBB DLM SUSU ADE LAKTOSE,..SO GANTI DGN CHEESE UTK KALSIUM
10. LEH AMIK MAYO LOW CARB, SUGGEST BRAND KRAFT OR KIMBALL (SY GUNA KIMBALL)
11. perasa masakan tu leh guna garam biasa / cili kering/kunyit  and guna bawang pun limited tauu,..sbb high carbs gak

breafast ~ 2 telor rebus+sikit kicap cair ;D (time induction klau boleh elakkan kicap,yerr)

lunch ~ 1/4 dada ayam panfried+ sayur kailan stirfry with bilis+kicap cair (sorry myoliza masak ikut suka ,..tp limited jer,..and plz check carb per serving kt nutrition fact kt botol tu yerr,,apa2 brg pun,..brand kicap yg myoliza guna ni,..dlm 1.0g jer carb dia..so leh laa guna sikit2 bg perasa ;D

dinner ~ 1 cencaru panfried + brokoli stirfry

*** minuman plain water ,..sila minum sebelum or 30min sblm mkan dlm 500 - 1liter

OH! Posa Day 5

Alhamdullillah
hari ni diberi kekuatan utk teruskan posa
walaupun pagi tadi pun terbangun lambat utk sahur
terjaga kul 5.30am
so, hanya sempat minum 1liter air kosong
huhu,..naik kembung perut...
hanya tu jer yg sempat...
kena minum air banyak2...sebab myoliza ade masalah pembuangan..huhu
posa2 nii lagi laa kan,,,x cukup air

tadi amik masa utk relax,cool, dan bertendang,..
mmmmemang kena amik masa lama,..baruuuuuuuuuuu betul2
ADA MARIIII....ade hasilnya.

OH! Chicken Breast with veggie hailam


bahan:
1/2 dada ayam
1/2 labu bawang besar
cauliflower
kobis
5hiris carrot
hirisan cili merah
1tbs paste hailam
1tbs minyak menumis
(sayur tu agak2 laa sendiri utk sorang makan)

cara:
1.tumis bawang sampai wangi, masuk dada ayam, masuk garam secukup rasa, biar sampai ayam masak.
2. masukkan pes hailam, dan kacau lagi.
3. masukkan semua sayur dan dikacau rata. bila dah cukup masak.padamkan api.
nyum3,...dinner yg sempoi semalam ;D


**** pes hailam tu dapat doorgift masa pi dinner DPPM pada hari jumaat.mcm2 pes ade.
semua nya pes utk nasi goreng keluaran ADABI, ada pes tomyam, and pes hailam, and kopi ADABI.
taktau nak buat aper pes tu,..suka suka hati jer wat rencah sayur kan, drpd membazir kan..;D

OH! My Roti Canai

bangun lambat lagi
6.45am ~ 500ml air kosong
7.00am ~ masuk bilik air, tenang kan diri and relaks, x leh tension2, got natures call, its kills me softly, no more hard, thanks to psyllium husk.
             ~
8.00am ~ 500ml air kosong+1tbs psyllium husk
8.15am ~ singgah kedai mamak for susu HL ;D
8.20am ~ singgah kedai mamak roti canai,..order,..MAMAK ROTI CANAI TELOR SATUUU, 
            ~ masih ade telor tuu,..for atkiners,..tepung mmg x bleh blahh,..laa

and arini dalam sejarah
myoliza makan my 1st roti canai after pantang 110days...huhu
hehe,.no harm cheating right, sekali sekala compliments,..
myoliza nyer motto tuu (alasan nak cover...enjoy your diet,..as long as your are on the right track
tapi jangan terbabas sudaa,..diri yg merana, kan.
****as long as u cheat original food,..dont go for processed food,yg byk garam tersembunyi and mono saturated fat,..pebenda niih,..entah laa, kena google laa.

(bak kata   k.rahimah  , sekali sekala makan roti canai or nasi lemak.no harm cheating, as long as it is freshly cooked.)


yummy...nyum3..lepas makan ni kena marathon 3km,,ngeh ngeh ngeh
naik tangga turun tangga jerlaa 14tingkat, kan ;D

~ 1mug nescafe+2tbs susu krimer)....1st time menkantoi kan diri nk minum nescafe wpun bercaffein
*** yogurt ni permented milk withlive and active cultures (nak amik bakteria baik utk perut,huhu)
brp carbs ni yer,...18g,..(hari ni akak abaikan,..huhu)

*** hari ni belum ade pembuangan lg,..ketika posting ini ditulis perutku mulai terasa natures call,..huhu ;D

Inilah rupanya psyllium husk,sejenis herba product of India, byk digunakan dlm perubatan ayurveda.

Info:
Rich in soluble fiber, psyllium husks have long beeb enlisted to ease constipation and digestive system upset.
Today a number of studies suggest that psyllum husks may also be effective in promoting weight loss and aiding numerous other conditions.

Psyllium's reddish brown to black seeds are so tiny that they are occasionally refrred to as flea seeds. Odorless and tasteless, they are commonly added to laxatives,other herbal cures and even to certain breakfast cereals.

hari pertama posa 
dapat posa dengan jayanya
tanpa rasa lapar dan letih ;D

4.00am ~500ml air jarang
5.00am ~ 500ml air jarang
5.10am ~ 250ml air jarang
5.15am ~ 2 bijik telor rebus
7.30pm ~ 500ml air suam
7.35pm ~ 250ml teh strawberi suam (no sugar)
7.40pm ~ 1mangkuk sayur bayam masak air+2ekor kerisi goreng

*****alhamdullillah.kenyang sudah,..perut pun rasa full minum air banyak,,,sebab tu kena senggang masa gak sebelum makan,...bukak posa dgn minum air, then solat maghrib ,..kasi air mengalir satu badan dulu,,,hehe baru leh makan,..and mostly menu myoliza makan ikan and sayur bayam kan,...jarang amik ayam, time lunch kt kedai ade laa sekali sekala, sebab mkn ikan lagi bestttt,, ayam kena suntikk ;D

Oh! Puasa dan Atkins -

hari ni myoliza start ganti puasa day 1
ermmm hari ni dah 8 Rejab 1431H
lepas bulan Rejab , bulan Syaaban dan bulan Ramadhan
ooo 2 bln lagi dh nak ramdhan balik
hehe,..suka ganti posa last minute
posa sunat bulan Rejab pun bagus, banyak berkahNYA.
tapi tu laa kita kn wat yg wajib pun lambat2...ni pulak yg sunat,..huhu (myoliza laa tuu)

so cam mana,..atkins ngan posa yerr...
time posa metabolisma kita jd slow
sbb tak makan,..and kemungkinan berat pun x turun
huhu,,betul , SUPERDZUL pun cakap mcm tuu

dulu2,,konsep diet kita,..bila x makan,..berat akan turun kan,...
NO NO NO....salah sama sekali
sebab tu semua diet tekankan,..NEVER SKIP YOUR MEALS
and eat your breakfast.

so tadi,..terjaga sahur kul 4pg
bgn minum air kosong 500ml
ngantuk lelap sekejap sambil rebus telor
hehe,..sib baik x meletop periuk akakk,huhu
minum lg 500ml air kosong
and then sahur 2jibik telor rebus,..
hajat dihati nk masak,..menu lunch wat sahur,..
ngantukk laaa,..pagi2 x lalu nk makan ;D

ok,..selamat berposa Rejab and ganti posa semua...

now myoliza jeans size 34 down to 27,..;D
tak penah mimpi nk pakai size nii
tadi pi SOGO,,ade sales women wear
tgk2 jeans kalau2 berkenan,..jeans lama semua dh gelobos
tapi terpaksa pakai gak,..
jerut jer ngan tali pinggang kasi ketat ;D
dulu xyah pakai belt,..sbb sendat ngan perut,hehe
myoliza beli LADYLIKE jer,stretchable yerr...tadi ade diskaun 70%
selalu pakai brand ni jerr,..selesa cawat dia panjang,
murah pun murah,..time sales laaa
cawat pendek x suka.

ermmm
biasalah petang nk mengunyah2 kan
bila nafsu tuk mengunyah tak terkawal
and otak mulai hilang fokus
lebih2 lagi kat opis
and ade kwn opis lak jual jajan (masyuk nii biz ni....jutawan senyap ;D)
ape lagi senang jer nak cari stock,huhu
so ade laa myoliza ambik kekacang ,..nuts
1peket kecik 50sen,..lebih krg 2 sudu mkn
kawan2 atkins beginner jgn ikut perangai myoliza ni yerr,..huhu

petang2 ni tetiba teringin nak mkn goreng pisang ,lakk,..
so pi cari jap kt bawah umh...
so terbelii laa singgit 7kpg,..hirisan yg nipis
ermmm,..nyum3 pekena ngan teh strawberi,.. no sugar plz.....
oh, nyaman sekali.
