berbuka:
1biji tamar
500ml air kosong
2sotong bakar
semangkuk tomyam sayur+udang+telor dadar
segenggam brown rice,...hehe saja try, kirim kt myboss rm3.30 sekilo,..

tadi timbang bert turun 1kg, ;D

    sis,nk tanya..normal ke kalau smnggu trn dlm 2kg je pastu dlm 3hari die xtrn2 da?risau gak ni..da 3hr xtrn..hari tu 3hari trn 2kg..

  2. salam kak..menarik menu akak..saya baru nak try diet atkins ni..tapi sy nak tnya, nape akak msti mkn barley ye? and antra minum kopi atau teh, mana lbh tggi carbs?

    its normal, 2kg for 1 weeks,..akak dulu pun cam tu,..2weeks induction turun 4kgs,..tu pun akak dah hepi,..wpun org lain leh turun 10kg for 2weeks,..diff people diff results,..and metabolisma x sama,..its ok berat tak turun,..just continue atkins,yg penting low carbs,..and u will see the result,..losing weight is not a 1day journey,..anggap saja kita ubah corak pemakanan,..eat healthy u lost naturally.good luck!

    akak dah masuk phase 3 & life maintenance,..so akak dah boleh tambah wholegrains and buah mcm pisang,can eat more than 20g, 25g,40g,50g of carbs per day..selfly adjust for ECL, equiblibrium carbs level kita..and for atkins beginner u are advice to strictly only take 20g carbs per day,..
    cik anon,..leh copy apa yg akak makan from the previous posting.after 115days baru akak makan apa yg akak tak amik sblm ni.
