Oh! 4 Ramadhan 1431H

huhu...
pagi ni tak sahur
tak sedar bangun sahur
sedar2 jam tunjuk pukul 5.45am..
hrmmm....tido mati laa pulak.
pasang alarm pun tak bunyi plak...
dah nasib badan,..tp selalu pun jarang sahur
tapi,..bila sahur ada barakahNYA kan.

berbuka:
7.27pm ~ 500ml green tea
             ~1biji kurma
7.40pm ~dada ayam bakar+sayur campur+sekepal nasi putih

***naper ade nasii???...ni kes kesian kat nasi punya pasal,..drpd terbuang, lebihan nasi adik tanak.
tak baik membazir kan, itu amalan syaitan.;D

and kepada kawan2 yg baru nak start diet time bulan posa ni,leh ikut tips from Kak Rahimah,kat  sini
selamat berpuasa dan semoga semua bergaya dihari raya nanti, yerr ;D
