1.minum green tea
2.Protein intake
3.Drink water before meals
4.makan kerap,..tpdlm kuantiti yg sederhana,..good quality, that is, low in sugar, starch, fat and bad carbohydrates.
5.strentgh training,...wat weight training....body weight pun boleh,increase lean muscle
6.do not skip breakfast
7.don't follow diet fads. pls,..mkn makanan yg berkhasiat & BERKUALITI,jgn biar perut masuk mode lapar, If you starve yourself or eat very poorly, you will end up losing muscle weight and you will look terrible as all the fat will remain on your body.
8.track what you eat.buat catatan diary,..tulis semua apa yg kita makan setiaphari,...kantoi,sikit2pun tulis.kalau berat x turun,..so kita leh laa trace balik,,,benda apa yg telah kita mkn minggu tu,...dn berat x turun kan.
9.Avoid caffeine or at least cut back on it
Caffeine is a bit of a dual edged sword. It can speed up your metabolism although it can also make you hungry and eat more often. It also has a dehydrating effect on the body that can give you that bloated look. Cut down your coffee if you can’t eliminate it completely. The same applies for sodas or diet sodas. Get rid of them to see fast fat loss results.

10.Exercise....sudah semestinya,..badan kena kuar peluh.nak sihat kenalaah balance kan,...semua diet mmg kena exercise,..mana ade makan,tido.cm ner nk kurus.
11.Matlamat kena realistik....turun 5kg dlm sebulan.or1kg seminggu.
Fat burning needs a consistent and sincere approach. It is your body and if you really want to lose fat, your mind is going to have to make some sacrifices as well. Stay strong and say no to temptations at all costs.

ReplyDeletekimping,..kalau nk dpt ketosis,.. hv to strictly do atkins, low carbs induction for 2 weeks.carbs dr sumber sayur...bkn dr GULA/FRUKTOSA..APA2 SA,SA,KT BELAKANG TU,..AND NO MKANAN OR MINUMAN MANIS = CARBS,..NO MKNN BERTEPUNH

eh lupe.. tiap2 hr sy amik air putih paling kurang pun 2.5 liter. bole tak kak?

ReplyDeletesikit jer awk makan,...cuba mkn ayam or ikan per serving for dinner n lunch.
sikit sgt nnt crash diet. n sayur brokoli,bnga kobis n kobis,bayam,..mmg sgt bagus dlm bakar lemak. amik per serving semangkuk or 1/2 mangkuk utk sayur.ya.
air dlm 3 liter sehari,..amalkan minum sebelum makan. air suam or green tea sgt bagus utk tingkatkn metabolisma.
salam kak nak tanya la ..sy bru je mula diet ni ..mggu ptama lose 3kg ..mggu ke-2 lost 2kg je ..huhu ...tp arini timbg naik 1 kg lak ...sedeh2

ReplyDeletelia,..jgn timbang hari2,..klau boleh seminggu sekali,..and make sure,,,waktu timbangan adalah tetap and sama tiap kali timbang,..the best time,,selepas bgn dr tido yer,...lepas pi toilet semua,..sbbb badan masih fresh n zero fr food. itu baru berat yg betul.ok...pls noted tht.
