ReplyDeletebukan nye mkn tidoo....ibarat isi minyak kete,..tp kete x gerak2,..mana minyak x abiss...sama jgk dgn badan kita,..makan jer,..tp x kuar peluh...badan badan leh berfugsi secara sihat...xder pembakaran lemak berlaku.lebih2 lagi org gemuk,..mmg susah nk turun,..kalau mkn lebih pd kadar BMR badan sendiri,...metabolisma slow kn.so aktifkan diri anda.
