Oh! Curry Tuna

hmm,...best jugak tau,..smlm beli curry tuna ayam brand for dinner,..sbb tk tau dh nak mkn aper,..and lauk kedai mamak semua abis tinggal ayam,..sotong and udang jerr,...apa lagi belek2 laa tuna dlm tin,..,,tuna spread kena wat salad plak,..rasa ikan sangat x suka,..hanyir,..mkn ngan roti best laaa
so myoliza beli curry tuna,...ermmm dh lama x mkn curry,...leh try best gak kari dia and 2.6g carbs per serving (1tin=4serving)

Oh! OWL seminggu sudah...


after 2x induction, berat myoliza skrg = 60kg, and need to lose amother 6kg extra baggage,..huhu
kena usaha lebih lagi,...jogging sudah,,..say no to lift pun sudah,..now tangga jadi kawan baik,huhu...tingkat 14,tauu

now, bila kira2 balik sudah 7 hari ( 19/04~26/4/10) myoliza at phase 2 of atkins diet, on going weight loss (OWL), makan mcm biasa just add 5g more carbs = 25g per day

menu myoliza lebih kurang sama jerr ngan induction.nnt kita upload gambar yer,..;-D
hohoho... baru seminggu patutlaa,..still OWL,..hehe,..hari2 timbang,,,azam baru seminggu sekali jer timbang, x leh timbang hari2,,nnt down plak....tadi nmpk cam turun 0.5kg,..and dah siap sorok scale tu bawah katil,..;-D

Why has my weight loss plateued?

Supporting you in these phase, by popular request, here are the answers to common questions about Phases 2 and 3, where most people lose the majority of their excess weight.


Why has my weight loss plateaued?

 Different people respond to Atkins differently. Some people lose weight consistently; others do so in fits and starts. Review the course for the phase you're in to ensure you're doing everything right. If you're still in the first few weeks or months with lots of weight to lose, you may have increased your daily carb intake too quickly. Drop back by 5 grams and, after a week, another five, if necessary.
Are your weight-loss expectations realistic? If you're in Pre-Maintenance, you may have reached your body's natural weight.
Another possibility is that you've exceeded your Carbohydrate Level for Losing (CLL) and prematurely stumbled upon your Atkins Carbohydrate Equilibrium (ACE), where weight stabilizes. In this case, you'll need to reduce your carb intake by 10 daily grams (or possibly more) of Net Carbs to reignite weight loss.


If none of the above applies, remember that a true plateau is the loss of no pounds and no inches for at least four weeks, despite following Atkins to the letter. Refer to Lesson 2 of the Phase 2 course for specifics on how to break a plateau. Keep doing everything right and be patient. We promise that weight loss eventually resumes.

biasalah weekend leh laa masak mcm2,..and dinner awal sikit , kul 7.10pm dh abis makan,...;-D

fuhhh fuhhhh...sib baik bukan dok tingkat19,..ada BRANNNN kerrr,..huhuhu,.alah bisa tegal bisa,..Gunung Kinabalu lagi kan di daki kan,...;-),..kalau penat ,...nyanyi jerr lagu naik tangga turun tangga tuuu,...

Oh! Phase 2 - On Going weight loss

after 42days induction, and lost 6kg...skrg myoliza masuk ke phasa kedua of atkins.
mesti ada yg nk tanya kn,..boleh amik nasikk tak lepas induction nii? lepas induction nk kena makan apa lagi?

secara teorinya,..dlm phase 2 of atkins, kita perlu tambahkan 5gram carb into our meal, or more,..depends  kt diri masing2 ,..tapi more portion of veggie,..mcm brokoli,bayam,kobis,..but still keep losing weight.

kesimpulannya,..MAKAN MACAM BIASA,,,TAPI ADD 5GRAM CARBS sumber dari sayur-sayuran,..bukan nasikk or rotii.

5g tu banyak mana??? myoliza ukur ikut perut jerr,..smlm buat sayur campur,,1mangkuk sayur...sekuali laa jugak, cam 2 org nk makan jer ;-D

Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs.
One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes Before meal - Help digestion.
One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure.
One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack.

pharmacist tu suggest MAKAN MALAM KUL 6PM,...ayoyoyoyo,..mana sempat,...mkn kul8 pun kdg2 terbabas, klau cm tu 5.15 terus cabutt laaa...huhuu...dia kata myoliza byk pikir,...dok pikir apa,yerr,..mcm mana nak KURUS ;-D


recommended:
no oily food plzzzz...especially goreng2
do more exercise ~ joging, and naik tangga turun tangga,..ni jer exercise yg myoliza buat ;-)
and mlm x leh amik susu, waktu pagi seeloknya
and minum vitagen or yakult,..tuk perut sihat,..bakteria baik nak jugak
and amik supplement dia laa,...ni BIOLIFE

2. Livasil ~ buang toxin,...sbb myoliza byk toxin,..ada gak gitau dia myoliza amik green tea tau,..byk toxin gak

ni laa semua yg myoliza kena amik,...total rm2++/=

p/s. blum beli lg,..belum cukup bulan,..masuk lam budget dulu,..at least myoliza tahu,..tahap kesihatan lemak dlm badan,kan,...so sesapa,...yg ade masa,..leh laa pi check,yerr x rugi pun,,,x kena bayar 1sen pun,...

 cokelat,kek,goreng pisang,donut,karipap and ubi ketukkk,..semua tu x blehhhhh,..dilarang di sini,..mencubanya adalah atas tanggungan sendiri. ;-D, moga hati dan IMAN ku teguh.insyaallah. kerana GEMUK itu HODOHHHHHHHHHHHHH. kan

B ~ 2telor rebus sahaja,..telor lagiii, ;-D jom tengok fakta tentang TELOR
pagi ahad yg indah, myoliza pi berjogging kt tasik titiwangsa,,dpt 2round,..sbb dh lama x pi jogging, leh laa keluarkan peluh,,basah kuyup,..badan pun rasa ringan ;-D

L ~ sup kaki ayam bersayur+1ketul ayam bakar

D ~ sup sayur bertelor ~ hehe, sabtu dan ahad,..makan sup jer kan,..yerlahh sup ni nak kena masak lelama baru sedap,..weekend jer laa sempat,..kalau hari biasa,..x dapek nk nolong yer,..sampai umah dlm 7.20pm,,,kentang kentung,...kena makan sebelum kul8 yerr,...so weekdays masak simple jerr ;-)

bekal telor 2biji dale supit geleya,..nk gi jogging la nii ;-D

yummy,..opps sori ade ore tok suke make benda nii,..tapi akak sukerrr,..
bila buat sup,masak sampai lembut

yes,..cukup 1hari makan,..apa resultnyerr niih? x berapa puas hati?,...laa naper pulakk?,..akak tengah musykil disini,,,

meh kita wat summary :

weight before atkins : 66kg
1st induction fr 7/3/10-21/3/10 : 64kg
22/03-04/04/10 ~ still continues low carb wlau 2x kantoi amik nasik, sbb sakit and balik kg.
2nd reinduction fr 05/04/10 ~ 18/04/10 : 60kg...sbb ni berat masa 1week ;-(

actually myoliza target 2nd week reinduction to lose another 2kg = 58kg, huhu,..sapa mau jawab ni,..SUPERDZUL or Dr ATKINS,...tolong jawab? ataupun myoliza telah masuk phase2 of atkins,..where the weight loss slow,iaitu dlm 0.45 to 0.948kg per week (1-2lbs) and need to adapt how much carb should i consumed in order to continuosly lose weight, iaitu TAHAP KRITIKAL CARBOHYDRATE UTK KURUS.

anyway im happy now,..above all after 42days riceless day,..i dapat berat sekarang 60kg=6kg lost kan,
..and myoliza dh dapat pakai kebaya ni yg lama tersimpan,..ni baju lama tau 10thn dulu ;-)

Oh! KakiKu dibawa BERLARI

Pagi ahad yg indah,...bangun awal 6.30am, thanks to Allah kerna masih dapat menikmati pagi2yang indah.
hari ni hari yg ke14 for myoliza reinduction,..mlm tadi dah plan dlm kepala nk work out ngan cd Kathy Smith, yerlaa dh lama x exercise,..berat myoliza pun dh berkurang wlau x exercise hari2,..cuma naik tangga turun tangga jerrr,..and parking kete jauh2,jln laju2..(simple exercise gak ni,..)

tiba2 ubah plan udara pagi lagi fresh kt luar dr dlm umah,..baik pi jogging tasik titiwangsa.


set on the go,..walaupun sorang2...yes,yes,yes,,,jam menunjukkan pukul7.45am, hari yang nyaman,..sebab pagi tadi hujan,..harap sampai tasik nanti x hujan kan.

Kakiku dibawa berlari 2 pusingan tasik titiwangsa,..and i am feeling great,..tidak lagi kekejagangan bila 1/2 way berlari,..badan terasa ringan,..and tidak tercungap2 kepenatan,..seperti dulu2,..walaupun dah lama tak berjogging,..last time was on 5/3/10e 1st  induction about 1 mth ago...wow,,itu sudah bagus kan,...lemak2 sudah berkuranggg.

Panorama tasik titiwangsa yg masih setia menerima pengunjung utk pelbagai aktiviti riadah yg sihat, berjogging, berbasikal,..briskwalking,..ataupun riadah bersama family,..nak MANCING pun boleh. ;-D

9.15am,.cooling time,..finish for 2laps,..1 laps about 30minutes,..tu pun berhenti gak sekejap2 amik oxigen,
yes,akhirnya berjaya 1misi pagi ahad yg indah.

tahiah  untuk myoliza. yeayyyy (tepuk tangan untuk diri sendiri), now i am feelin fresh and great.
