malam ni mkn ikan kembung bakar, sayur bayam campur kobis goreng and sambal terung ngan bilis,...ayooo,,,oily melly,..byk nyerr mkn
ni dh terlebih carbs kerr,..huhuhu...lunch tadi bayam masak air & ikan kembung goreng jerr,..
biasalah weekend leh laa masak mcm2,..and dinner awal sikit , kul 7.10pm dh abis makan,...;-D
tkotla klu dlm 2mggu xbyk yg kurang or xkurang2..tkot xkene cara mkn..hmmm...klu ikot minum mgkn sama da..tp kuantiti yg di ambil..tkot salah..
