we lost naturally
minum air suam/air jarang 30min sebelum makan
it helps digestion,
coz harini ...sangat bagusss.

dinner: tumis sayur bunga kobis n udang
and 1ekor kerisi goreng
breakfast:2telor mata+1cheddar+mayo+1bj tomato
lunch kedai .emah, sayur kobis,pucuk ubi masak lemak,tempe goreng (huhu,,xboleh soya),kari daging
bekfast : 2biji telor rebus
lunch: kobis sayur putih,ayam goreng & tempe goreng(lagiii huhu)
tumis bunga kobis n telor
breakfast 2telor mata+1cheddar+mayo+1/2 tomato
lunch: sup sayur & telor mata
dinner mlm ni, cencaru bakar & sayur bayam tumis
