oH! hARI NI maKAN apa...

bekfast..
2telor rebus,..sepanjang minggu telor rebus,..
poached egg,..kurang minyak,
so kurang lemak,huhu

mkn ayam beriyani+acar timun+sejemput nasi beriyani,..hoho
is this COMPLIMENTS, or excuse...huhu

masak sup ikan kembung
campur taugeh+bunga kobis
1/2 tomato
selai daun bawang
selai daun saderi
cili potong


*kalu mkn goreng2, org kata berminyak
kalu mkn telor, kolesterol
kalu rebus2 or sup baik utk kesihatan katanya
x kesah laa makan mcm mana pun,..
yang penting low carbs,..dan sedap
ikut selera yer tak,..
kadang2 nak ubah selera gak,..
coz YOU ARE WHAT U EAT
tepuk dada tanya selera masing masing ;-D
