Oh! I enjoY the food...nyum nyum nyum

walaupun tak makan nasi but in atkins, we can still leh makan yg sedap2 kan,..akak sukaa ;-D

lunch,..makan2 kt opis on 24/04/10..sakann


opismate bg,..myoliza x makan amik bau saja ;-D,...pulut kuning and rendang,..xblehh,...huhhu

lunch kedai k.emah

bekfast telor mata n mayo salad

lunch kedai mummy,..tauhu x bleh amik selalu,..2x seminggu jer,..or any soybase,,sbb effect thyroid,..

dinner yg cepat dn ringkas,..sup sayur ;-D

terjah makan tengahhari umah k.mis,..hehe ada sejemput nasi di situ...;-D

bayam merah tumis air,..nyum3

ayam goreng diketuk2 ;-D

bekfast chicken slice n cheddar mayo n salad ;-D

dinner mlm tadi,..ayam grill and sayur campur,..nyum3


*** mlm ni nk makan aper nyerr,..x der idea dah...yg cepat, ringkas,,,and SEDAPPP...apa yer,..ada idea...ting! ting!

  1. Salam. Kak, sy baru nk mula diet Cara ini... Tp saya Ada darah tinggi Dan ambil ubat setiap hari. Ada masalah tak jk saya Cuba diet ini.

    1 - akak naik tangga tgkt 14 tu;

    a) mendaki secara steady tapi tak benti
    b) berlari lari anak tapi penat benti jap
    c) naik lif dulu separuh jalan baru daki
    d) tiada jawapan di atas

    2 - berapa kerap akak mendaki?

    akak blh jawab ke 2 soalan ni,

    akak naik turun naik tangga, steady tanpa henti, ikut rentak ..kena ringankan badan,cik,..bhenti skejap tu adelaa, time turun ok,..
    bila naik laa terasa penat gak mula2,..

    skang akak dh x guna lif,..huhu

  6. cik turun guna lif sebab nak cepat kejar lrt..huhu
    naik 2x sehari tgkt 15 ok kan.
    tak campur lagi tangga lrt, umah dan sbginye..

    Bgs idea naik tangga ni,
    takde masa tuk workout bukanlah alasan.
    boleh gunakan tangga sebaik mungkin
