Oh! Coselow Telor,Cencaru Bakar and Sup sayur,..;-D

coselow+2telor rebus+hirisan tomato
lunch
1 air mineral botol kecik
1 kembung bakar+kangkung goreng+
jantung pisang masak lemak+4telor puyoh

dinner
500ml air suam
1cencaru bakar
sup sayur (1/2tauhu/sawi/kobis/b.kobis/cili/bwg/ikn bilis)

*bila mood ada mariii, macam2 nk masak.....;-D
