Oh! LemPengKu Hanguss...

minggu ni myoliza craving nak makan pancake laa,..so tadi balik dari opis terus buat lempeng aka pancake,..teringat lempeng MAK buat sedappp...taruk kelapa lagi,..nyum3
tapi tepung x bleh,..nk taruk aper,..ting!ting!,..haha myoliza blend oat+1telor+susu cair+butter sikit,...tp tercair sikit,..so campur 2sudu tepung gandum ;-D
minggu ni,..mmg citarasa pelik sikit,..and makan pun x der selera,sakit kepala nk demam ker,..huhu dah lama x sakit,.. 2 hari lepas pi kenny rogers,..kelmarin order kedai jer sup sayur,..leh ker cam tuu,...





nilaa hasil nyer lempeng hangus,..letak pure honey DABUR

***agak2 diet atkins myoliza hangus tak,...huhu,..sbb ade gak curi2 makan,..kek batik, yg adk buat...and ngap 1/2 pau,...nasib laa kan...reinduction...;-D

  2. Kak, induction juka x berjaya turun walau 1/2kg kena ulang balik berapa lama? Saya baru nk mula tapi asyik terbabas jer bila pi kenduri

    hehe,..kempunan,tuu lepas gian,sbb selalu dok tgk resepi pancake,..tp sini susah nk cari almond flour,..

    chak,
    masa time induction,klau betul2 follow food yg allowed plus exercise,..and minum cukup air at least 16gelas 1hari,..sure turun.yg penting low carbs,yerr no nasikk plz and roti,mee or beehon...;=)
