OH! 2 ketul KFC and coselow


dinner malam ni, 2 ketul dada ayam KFC
tadi tengahari subcon bawak 2 bucket KFC,
myoliza kuar lunch so tapau laa ayam ni for dinner
coselow buat sendiri
cincang kobis,sikit carrot+slice tomato n timun+mayo
rasa kenyang x larat nak habiskan 2 ketul tuuu,..FULL sesangat.

Oh! MENU minggu ini

   with atkins, tak perlu tahan lapar
makan 3x sehari
eat low carbs
we lost naturally
minum air suam/air jarang 30min sebelum makan
it helps digestion,
coz harini ...sangat bagusss.

dinner ahad 16/05/10 ~ sup sayur

dinner: tumis sayur bunga kobis n udang


and 1ekor kerisi goreng


breakfast:2telor mata+1cheddar+mayo+1bj tomato



lunch kedai .emah, sayur kobis,pucuk ubi masak lemak,tempe goreng (huhu,,xboleh soya),kari daging


bekfast : 2biji telor rebus


lunch: kobis sayur putih,ayam goreng & tempe goreng(lagiii huhu)



tumis bunga kobis n telor



breakfast 2telor mata+1cheddar+mayo+1/2 tomato


lunch: sup sayur & telor mata


dinner mlm ni, cencaru bakar & sayur bayam tumis

penah plateau,..berat myoliza statik x turun2 abt 3minggu or sebulan =60kg
target 5kgs more to loose,..
myoliza sekali sekala ada gak curik makan kekacang, peanut,,,huhuhu
petang2 tau jerrlaa,..gatal nk mengunyah,
oh! awas,...kena jaga makan,..x elok tuk badan and atkins anda
usaha harus diteruskan lagi,...

so mcm biasa aktiviti pagi
ke tasiktitiwangsa 2laps jogging
feelin fresh and ringan kan,..;-D

lunch
1liter air jarang (30min sblm mkn)
salad ikan,..;-D
google resepi kt mesra.net resepi,...view for salad
terjumpa salad ikan,..myoliza improvised sendiri+ avocado n dragonfruit


hehe,..suka suka hati kan,nyum3
asyik mkn ikan goreng/bakar/sayur goreng
kita tukar salad pulak for lunch,...;-D


salad ikan,..best leh cuba

bahan A:
2kembung direbus dan amik isi sahaja
1/2 bwg besar
1/2 cili hijau
1hiris halia
1tbs sos ikan
1bj perahan limau nipis
1/2 tomato
(semua digaul)

bahan B:
1/2 avocado
1/2 dragonfruit
4helai romaine lettuce
1tsp yogurt
1tbs mayonis
(semua digaul)

combine a & b, dlm satu pinggan and simpan dlm fridge for 30minutes.
ready to eat...very nice,..nyum3

buah ni x manis,,n low calorie ;-D

Oh! Omellete Pizza berUDANG,..nyum3




yup, dinner malam ni myoliza buat omellete pizza,...
mmg dh dua 3 hari doh dok survey nok mkn aper,..
tetiba ting! ting! dpt idea,..
improvise dr macaroni bakar,..haha,..

bahan:
6ekor udang
brokoli
bunga kobis
sepotong kobis
2 helai onion spring
1 helai daun saderi
1/2 cili merah
1/2 tomato
1 bwg putih kecik
1/2 bawang besar
1 sudu sos ikan
1 kpg cheddar
1 1/2 telor (separuh tu sbb ade bal adik pakai telor putih)+secubit garam
1 sudu mayonis (utk cicah+sikit sos kasi warna) ;-D


tumis bawang putih & bawang besar, masuk udang, sos ikan,..and stir fry all the sayurs ;-)



tabur 1cheddar cheese,..kalau taruk 2 kpg lagi marvellous,.lg cheezy ;-D


masukkan telor yg dipukul bersama secubit garam, biar sampai masak,..
myoliza xder oven,..huhu,,so bakar kt pan jerr laa


taraa,..nilaa my dinner, ommellete piza berudang

and dinner myoliza yg agak kelewatan,..kul8.15 baru makan, (sgt x elok utk diamalkan,..dietitian suggest dinner kul6)...huhu,..nk wat cam ner kul7.30 baru sampai umah,..so masak yg simple n cepat,...but very puas hati,  rasa yg marvellous,..and sedappp ,..opppsss, agak2 terlebih carbo tak ;-D

Oh! semangat Baru

yup,..minggu kebelakangan myoliza agak kurang berblog walking,..
harini,,sempat gak curi2 jalan ke blog kawan2 yg lain,..
and tetiba terasa mcm makin bersemangat
and kawan2 diet pun makin ramai
yup i'm not alone,..
kita dh leh create atkins community
among us,..and thanks to SUPERDZUL for guidance
ada hari kita excited
ade hari kita down
but, with atkins buddy
we help each others rite,..
and sharing is caring

walaupun buat masa skrg myoliza hit the plateau at 60kg ,...for more than 2weeks
yup,..no worries,..its happen to all diet,..
berat tak turun ,..apa yg penting terasa LOOSE and LIGHT ;-D
just keep on going eating as usual,,,
no cheating,..hahaha
ada gak tercurik makan gak,..huhu,..
oh,,my plateau,.when can i break the kg,..
my target is 55kg

Oh! tak Der selera...

minggu lepas dan awal minggu yg kurang menyelerakan,..
tetiba hilang nafsu nk makan,..semua yg myoliza makan rasa tak sedap,laaa,
nk masak pun x tau nk masak aper,...
tapi atkins tetap diteruskan,...
walaupun ade curi2 makan,..huhu
termakan,..coklat
termakan, kekacang
termakan kek batik,..huhu
and terponteng jogging,,..huhu
tapi naik turun tangga
tetap diteruskan,..
itulah saja exercise myoliza hari2,..
mmg PEMALAS kan,...

tapi jgn hilang FOKUS.....
NO NO NO
matlamat harus dicapai kan.
apa yg penting LOW CARB

dinner ahad: brokoli n kobis kacau goreng jerr,..

dinner ahad: ikan kerisi goreng garing,..nyum3 best
