Oh! Day11...cnt'd

hari yg ke-11 sudah, bersamaan 40days riceless day,...
make sure makan 3x sehari,..never skip meal, eat breakfast,,,minum air banyak2,..tanpa gula yer,..green tea pun boleh,..elok tuk nyah TOKSIN....
hari2 aku makan,..hari2 berat tetap turun,..yeayyy ajaib kan,..dulu myoliza tak der laa diet,..cuma makan time bekfast amik 2keping roti wholemeal with tuna or planta+milo kosong/kuih/sekali sekala keoyteow goreng,(betul tak eja ni, kucingorengemuk ;D) or nasi lemak for saturday only. and lunch jer makan nasi campur,..mlm2 jarang amik dinner,..kalau terasa lapar pun,..kacau milo cecah crackers,..huhu,..tapi berat cam tu gak statik jerrr,..
tapi sekarang tidak lagi,..bila KATAKAN TAK NAK PADA NASI....and HIDUP UTK MAKAN DAN MAKAN UTK HIDUP,..betul ker niiih,..sendirikk mau ingat laa kan ;-D

B ~ 2telor rebus+hirisan timu n tomato+1/2 cheddar+mayo...ermmm yummy

L ~ 1ketul ikan patin msk tempoyak (ikan saja yorr no kuah)+paru goreng+bayam(tinggal batang dia jerr)+petola msk air+air suam,.....
hari ni pi lunch kt restoran rosyatimah jln gombak kt nga pasar gombak tuu,...hari ni sib baik dpt parking so leh laa singgah mkn,..sbb selalu x der parking full sbb dia tepi jln,,,lgpun time lunch crowded gilerrrr,..speciality masakan minang lerrr,...

D ~ 1cencaru bakar dlm pan+bunga kobis goreng...bestttt mkn ikan bakar panas2 nii,..juicy n fresh..,,lgpun air tgn sendiri,...halal lagi suci, ;-D





ermmm,..amacam,..makan best2 kan,..berat tetap turun,..kenapa tak PERCAYA????
acu cuba try test laaa,..pulok,..jange tengok sajo......selamat beramaaalllllllllll!!!!

    3-4 bulan sblm sy start atkins ni, sy mmg dah jarang makan nasi. pg bfast ngan roti wholemeal+peanut butter, tghr kdg2 tak makan sgt. tp berat still mcm tu gak. tp bila wat atkins ni..hari2 mmg turun wpun sket. cuma yg penting kena betul2 disiplin baru blh dpt berat yg kita nak (wpun sy ada kantoi jugak few times). nasi mmg sy blh tahan lg. tp bila tgk roti tu..alahai....cuma kalau nak makan pun, amik secubit je. begitu sukar kan nak turunkan berat..naik ckup senang!

  5. rai, sy pun tak tau bila nak stop induction ni. so far dah 3mgu. tgu kak liza dulu la..kak liza pun dah 40days. nti masuk phase kedua apa lak nak makan ya? sy ada la amik gambar antara menu yg sy masak, tp blm rajin nak msukkan kat blog. so far mcmn progress rai?

  6. rai & cza,,kena cukup pantang 44hari sekalo,..;-D...tp 2nd phase just 5g carb,..25g per day,...then 40grm perday,..itupun nasi,roti dan seangkatan still dilarang,....tp bila dh dpt berat ideal sekali sekala langgar pantang apa salahnyer,...tp jgn selalu, dak gitu,..chaiyok! chaiyok!

    akak ada survey gak kt about.com low carbs diet tu,..leh get info kt situ by laura dolson, low carbs practioner and writer..at my blog list, tuu,..happy reading!
