4.45am ~ 500ml air kosong
~1biji tamar
5.00am ~ baby kailan+1kerisi+barley
5.15am ~1mug air kosong
berbuka:
7.30pm~500ml air suam
~1biji kurma
~500ml air suam
~1kerisi panfried+sayur hailam
~2sudu nasi puteh
~2sudu mee goreng (curik rasa adik masak ;D)
***and minum 1kotak soyrich+oat lagi,..ada2 jer kan,..benda yg nak dimakan.huhu ;(
alhamdullillah,.dah 3hari kita semua berpuasa, menahan lapar dan dahaga,..dan berpuasa segala anggota,sungguh cepat kan masa berjalan.

aku hanya insan biasa, and im not a dietitian, so far atkins suits me,..i lost 6kgs in 42days,..riceless days but tahap metabolisma setiap org tidak sama,..Atkins best for me but it doesnt mean it best for you.
