Oh! Citer semalam

pukul 4ptg: kek time, for birthday girl, and myoliza curi makan lagiiikkk, bukan secubit tau,,sepotong, TIRAMISU,..kwang! kwang! kantoi lagi,..sugar spike again!
bawak2 mengucap leerr cik myoliza oiii,...sikit2 lama2 menggemuk hokeyyy!!!!
CARBS CRAVING, tak takut kerrr....cegah sebelum parah!

malam mcm tak der selera, so masak sup sayur with udang jer,..tu pun makan main2,
jenuh nak menghabiskan semangkuk tuu ,..
dah laa makan lambat,..8.15 baru nak makan,..nak habiskann pun kekenyangan
mungkin mood terganggu oleh kunjungan cik P, petang tadi,..biasalaah org pompuan
kalau datang bulan mood out,hoho,,betul kaa
3 hari sebelum tuu,..diserang menstrual cramp,...

OH! Lunch @Dapur Sarawak

hari ni lunch pi makan di Dapur Sarawak, kt Diamond Square, Jalan Gombak
restoran ni empunya pelakon drama, Mahmud Ali Basha, abd haji tuu dalam citer drama tajuk aper,
dah lupa tapi masa tuu, hangat drama nii,..dia berlakon dgn Eja kan,...yg dipaksa kawin ngan org tua..
so menapak laa kita org dibawah sinaran terik mentari tuu, jalan2 cari makan
and hari ni bernasib baik,... kami diserve oleh tuan punya restoran tu, Mahmud Ali Bashah ,..
betul dia yg amik order minuman,..haha, kita org buat biasa2 jer...takder sampai teruja tgk dia tuu,..
just senyum jerr,..tapi salute laa kt dia tu kan,..pandai berbisnes
nasi campur lauk pauk kt sini kira best laa,..mcm2 ade,..selera kampung
masakan nyer sedap, rasa segar, secukup rasa and harga yg berpatutan
tapi kalau you all order masakan panas or goreng2,..alamak berjanggut laa....kalau peak hours,time lunch
nasib badan leerr nyerr,...keroncong dulu laa perut tuu,..
myoliza dh terkena sekali,..so skrg ni mkn yg ready to eat jerr,..
pilihan pun banyak,...memang menyelerakan.

1st attempt,...snap goyang laaa...hanya bbrp cm depan meja kita org jerr nii...

abg haji mahmud sedang tekun buat keje,...hehe sorry i curi2 amik gmbar u...
anyway,..makanan kedai u memang bestt,..sekfan hosek!!! nyum3,..best chef u masak,...

Oh! Onde onde

bom kecikk...kebam boom!


dah lama tak merasa onde onde
time bulan posa bolehlaa merasa kan
beberapa hari lagi kita akan menyambut bulan Ramadhan al Mubarak
bulan yang penuh keberkatan bulan rahmah
sebab time ni laa,..mcm2 kuih mueh yg jarang nak jumpa leh jumpa
kat bazaar ramadhan kan, kat KL ni apa saja nak makan,,,sebut jerr
lompat tikam, puteri mandi, sagupal, butir nangka,..macm2 ade,..
tok payoh susah2 balik kelate,..tapi ade dok ore jual taik itik, jala emas, buah tanjung,nekbat,...
huhu,...semua ni manis2,...klau nak berdiet nak boleh makan semua niii,...
haha DUGAAN sepatutnya,..bulan posa ni mendidik kita menahan nafsu makan, TAPI NI TIDAK
selalunya kalau pi bazar ramadhan x sah kan kalau x membeli penuh 2 belah tangan tu..
semua terasa nak makan,..tapi balik umah,,,buat hiasan meja jerr,..ermmm.
tak elok diamalkan zaman inflasi nii,..jangan membazir yer,,peringatan utk diri sendiri
belanjawan berhemah, elok berjimat cermat. beringat ketika ada.

and hari ni myoliza makan onde-onde, member jual,..wah dah lama tak makan kan,..meletup kat mulut, very juicy ;D

sebb hari2 beli lauk and sayur kat kedai mamak bawah umah jerr
hehe, sebab tu menu nyer lebih kurang jer, kan
lauk semestinya ikan, kerisi/kembung/tuna/sardin/ikan jacket,..best jer panfried
semalam ade ikan kerapu and anak ikan yu,..tp x tau nak masak aper,..
klau nak stim leceh plak,,selalu masak yang cepat dan ringkas jerr,..balik umah dh kul7
and kalau sayur, just beli bayam/carrot/kobis/bunga kobis/tomato
tu jerlaa,..sopping kedai mamak
and jarang beli ayam,..sbb kena simpan beku nnt leceh plak nak defreeze
jarang2 sekali ade gak beli,, tukar2 selera

ni antara menu yg myoliza makan,,..

breakfast: seketl ayam KFC+mayo+sebiji tomato

lunch: sayur bayam+bungakobis+kari ayam+telor
dinner: scramble eggs
scramble & eggplant
dinner: ikan tongkol panfried+sayur bayam

dinner: sayur kobis+tongkol goreng

dinner again: kerisi panfried & bayam stirfry


***pagi tadi suka2 makan and kantoi jerr walau dh bekfast omellete 2biji, sbb terbeli plak kasui 4ketul yg comel tu, minum air soya yeos,..huhu,..saja2 bagi sugar spike,..sbb bila makan benda manis ni,..badan jd sengal2 and lemah jerr,..huhu, saja2 cari pasal.

OH! Posa dan Tazkirah Syaaban

Alhamdullillah, hari berjaya posa sunat Nisfu Syaaban,
hari ke 15 Syaaban 1431 bersamaan 27 July 2010
pagi tadi bangun bersahur,

~ 500ml air kosong
~1biji pisang
~2biji telor omellete sayur & sebiji kiwi
and tetap bertenaga tanpa rasa lapar hingga petang...


and time berbuka :
semangkuk tomyam sayur+sotong & udang
1 ekor kerisi panfried

Kelebihan Bulan Syaaban


Bulan Syaaban bermula dari 13 Julai 2010 hingga 11 Ogos 2010. Marilah kita banyakkan amalan di dalam bulan yang penuh dengan keberkatan.

Sabda Nabi s.a.w. : Apabila masuk bulan Syaaban, baikkanlah niatmu padanya, kerana kelebihan Syaaban atas segala bulan seperti kelebihanku atas kamu.

Barangsiapa yang berpuasa sehari pada bulan Syaaban, diharamkan Allah tubuhnya dari api neraka. Dia akan menjadi tauladan Nabi Allah Yusuf a.s. di dalam syurga. Diberi pahala oleh Allah seperti pahala Nabi Allah Ayub a.s. dan Nabi Daud a.s. Jika dia sempurnakan puasanya sebulan di bulan Sya’aban, dimudahkan Allah atasnya Sakrotulmaut dan ditolakkan (terlepas) daripadanya kegelapan di dalam kubur, dilepaskan daripada hura-hara Munkar dan Nakir, ditutup Allah keaibannya di hari kiamat dan diwajibkan syurga baginya.



Barangsiapa berpuasa pada awal hari khamis pada bulan Sya’aban dan akhir khamis daripada Syaaban, dimasukan dia ke dalam syurga. (dari kitab Al-Barakah).



Berkata Siti Aisyah r.a., bulan yang lebih dikasihi oleh Rasululah s.a.w. ialah bulan Syaaban.



Sabda Nabi s.a.w.: Sya’aban adalah bulanku dan Ramadhan adalah bulan umatku. Syaaban ialah mengkifaratkan (menghapuskan) dosa dan Ramadhan ialah menyucikan dosa (jasmani dan rohani).



Sabda Nabi s.a.w.: Bahawa puasa Syabaan kerana membesarkan Ramadhan. Siapa yang berpuasa tiga hari daripada bulan Sya’aban, kemudian dia bersalawat atasku beberapa kali sebelum berbuka puasa maka di ampunkan oleh Allah dosanya yang telah lalu, diberkatikan rezeki baginya, antara lain sabdanya lagi: Bahawa Allah Ta’ala membukakan pada bulan itu tiga ratus pintu rahmat.



Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w.: Dinamakan Syaaban kerana padanya terdapat kebajikan yang amat banyak dan puasa yang lebih afdhal sesudah Ramadhan ialah puasa bulan Syaaban. Pengertian Sya’aban: Kemuliaan, Ketinggian, Kebajikan, Jinak, Cahaya.



Sabda Nabi s.a.w.: Bahawa kelebihan Rejab atas bulan-bulan yang lainnya seperti kelebihan Qur’an atas segala kalam. Kelebihan Syaaban atas bulan-bulan yang lainnya seperti kelebihanku atas segala Anbia’ (Nabi-nabi). Kelebihan Ramadan atas bulan-bulan yang lain seperti kelebihan Allah atas sekelian makhlukNya.



Bulan Sya’aban, keagungan malamnya dengan Nisfu Syaaban seperti keagungan Ramadhan dengan Lailatul Qadarnya. Maka pada malam Nisfu Sya’aban telah datang Jibril kepada Rasulullah s.a.w lalu katanya: Angkat kepalamu ke langit, itulah malam yang Allah beri padanya tiga ratus rahmat dan diampunkan Allah sekelian orang yang menyengutukan (syirik) denganNya dengan sesuatu, kecuali: tukang nujum, kekal dalam zina, kekal minum arak, derhaka terhadap ibubapa.

OH! Info Tentang Telor

Are Whole Eggs or Egg Whites Better for You?

I was on a weekend trip with some friends recently and one of my friends was cooking breakfast for the whole group. I went over to see what he was cooking and saw he was getting ready to make a big batch of eggs.


Well, to my shock and horror, I noticed that he was cracking the eggs open and screening the egg whites into a bowl and throwing out the egg yolks. I asked him why the heck he was throwing out the egg yolks, and he replied something like this...

"because I thought the egg yolks were terrible for you...that's where all the nasty fat and cholesterol is".

And I replied, "you mean that's where all of the nutrition is!"

This is a perfect example of how confused most people are about nutrition. In a world full of misinformation about nutrition, somehow most people now mistakenly think that the egg yolk is the worst part of the egg, when in fact, the YOLK IS THE HEALTHIEST PART OF THE EGG!

By throwing out the yolk and only eating egg whites, you're essentially throwing out the most nutrient dense, antioxidant-rich, vitamin and mineral loaded portion of the egg. The yolks contain so many B-vitamins, trace minerals, vitamin A, folate, choline, lutein, and other powerful nutrients... it's not even worth trying to list them all.

In fact, the egg whites are almost devoid of nutrition compared to the yolks.

Even the protein in egg whites isn't as powerful without the yolks to balance out the amino acid profile and make the protein more bio-available. Not to even mention that the egg yolks from free range chickens are loaded with healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Yolks contain more than 90% of the calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, thiamin, B6, folate, and B12, and panthothenic acid of the egg. In addition, the yolks contain ALL of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K in the egg, as well as ALL of the essential fatty acids (EFAs).

And now the common objection I get all the time when I say that the yolks are the most nutritious part of the egg...

"But I heard that whole eggs will skyrocket my cholesterol through the roof"


No, this is FALSE!

First of all, when you eat a food that contains a high amount of dietary cholesterol such as eggs, your body down-regulates it's internal production of cholesterol to balance things out.

On the other hand, if you don't eat enough cholesterol, your body simply produces more since cholesterol has dozens of important vital functions in the body.

And here's where it gets even more interesting...

There have been plenty of studies lately that indicate that eating whole eggs actually raises your good HDL cholesterol to a higher degree than LDL cholesterol, thereby improving your overall cholesterol ratio and blood chemistry.


And 3rd... high cholesterol is NOT a disease! Heart disease is a disease...but high cholesterol is NOT. Cholesterol is actually a VERY important substance in your body and has vitally important functions... it is DEAD WRONG to try to "lower your cholesterol" just because of pharmaceutical companies propaganda that everyone on the planet should be on statin drugs.


If you're interested in this topic of cholesterol specifically, I have another article listed at the bottom of this page about why trying to attack cholesterol is a mistake, and what the REAL deadly risk factors actually are.

In addition, the yolks contain the antioxidant lutein as well as other antioxidants which can help protect you from inflammation within your body (the REAL culprit in heart disease, not dietary cholesterol!), giving yet another reason why the yolks are actually GOOD for you, and not detrimental.

To help bring even more proof that whole eggs are better for you than egg whites, I recently read a University of Connecticut study that showed that a group of men in the study that ate 3 eggs per day for 12 weeks while on a reduced carb, higher fat diet increased their HDL good cholesterol by 20%, while their LDL bad cholesterol stayed the same during the study. However, the group that ate egg substitutes (egg whites) saw no change in either and did not see the improvement in good cholesterol (remember that higher HDL levels are associated with lower risk of heart disease) that the whole egg eaters did.


So I hope we've established that whole eggs are not some evil food that will wreck your body... instead whole eggs are FAR superior to egg whites.


But what about the extra calories in the yolks?


This is actually a non-issue and here's why... even though egg yolks contain more calories than just eating the egg whites, the yolks have such a high micro-nutrient density in those calories, that it increases your overall nutrient density per calorie you consume. Essentially, what this does is help to regulate your appetite for the remainder of the day, so you end up eating less calories overall. In addition, the healthy fats in the egg yolks help to maintain a good level of fat-burning hormones in your body.


Overall, this means that the extra fats (healthy fats) and calories from the yolk are so nutrient-dense that they actually HELP you to burn off body fat!


Also, your normal supermarket eggs coming from mass factory farming just don't compare nutritionally with organic free range eggs from healthy chickens that are allowed to roam freely and eat a more natural diet. Your typical cheap grocery store eggs will have lower nutrient levels and a higher omega-6 level and lower omega-3 level. On the other hand, the cage-free organic eggs from healthier chickens allowed to eat more natural feed and roam freely will have much higher vitamin and mineral levels and a more balanced healthier omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acid ratio.



I recently compared eggs I bought at the grocery store with a batch of eggs I got at a farm stand where the chickens were free roaming and healthy.



Most people don't realize that there's a major difference because they've never bought real eggs from healthy chickens... The eggs from the grocery store had pale yellow yolks and thin weak shells. On the other hand, the healthier free range eggs from the local farm had strong thick shells and deep orange colored yolks indicating much higher nutrition levels and carotenoids... and just a healthier egg in general.



This is due to the fact that a free-roaming hen allowed to roam on plenty of land will eat a variety of greens, insects, worms, etc transferring MUCH higher levels of nutrients to the eggs compared to an unhealthy hen that is trapped inside a dark factory farm hen house in horrible conditions and fed nothing but piles of corn and soy. It's a DRASTIC difference in the nutrition that you get from the egg.



So next time a health or fitness professional tells you that egg whites are superior (because of their "fat-phobic" mentality towards dietary fats), you can quietly ignore their advice knowing that you now understand the REAL deal about egg yolks.



And can we all please STOP with this sillyness about eating an omelete with 4-5 egg whites and only 1 egg yolk... If you want real taste and real health benefits, we'd all be better off eating ALL of our eggs with the yolks.



After all, do you REALLY think that our ancestors thousands of years ago threw out the yolks and only ate the egg whites? NOT A CHANCE! They intuitively knew that all of the nutrition was found in the yolks. But our modern society has been brainwashed with misinformation about fats and cholesterol.



Another interesting study about eggs...



I read a study recently that compared groups of people that ate egg breakfasts vs groups of people that ate cereal or bagel-based breakfasts. The results of the study showed that the egg eaters lost or maintained a healthier bodyweight, while the cereal/bagel eaters gained weight.



It was hypothesized that the egg eaters actually ate less calories during the remainder of the day because their appetite was more satisfied compared to the cereal/bagel eaters who would have been more prone to wild blood sugar swings and food cravings.



Oh, one last thing I almost forgot... I personally eat 4 whole eggs almost every day with breakfast, and I maintain single-digit bodyfat most of the year.

OH! Sihat cara orang Korea

KIMCHI dianggap makanan terbaik di dunia kerana memiliki lima elemen penting yang diperlukan oleh tubuh.

PADA usia 76 tahun. Dr. Muhammad Kim masih aktif melakukan rutin senaman pagi dengan berjoging sekurang-kurangnya dua kilometer setiap hari.

Selesai beriadah, Muhammad bersiap-siap untuk ke pusat perawatan tradisional miliknya yang terletak di Kelab Golf Tasik Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur untuk memenuhi temu janji dengan pesakit-pesakitnya.

Sebelah malam pula, adakalanya bekas pegawai tentera berpangkat kolonel dari Seoul, Korea Selatan ini perlu menghadiri majlis rasmi melibatkan ekspatriat Korea.

Padat dengan jadual seharian, lelaki bertubuh kecil tetapi bertenaga ini tidak lokek berkongsi tiga rahsia untuk memiliki kesihatan yang sejahtera.

“Saya bersenam, mengambil herba ginseng dan makan kimchi hampir setiap hari, itu rahsia kecergasan saya,” ujarnya ketika ditemui Jurnal di pusat rawatannya baru-baru ini.

Muhammad menjelaskan beliau sangat sukakan aktiviti yang mengeluarkan peluh terutama joging.
“Setiap pagi saya akan berjoging selama sejam. Sekiranya hujan, saya tidak menolak untuk keluar bersenam.
“Saya akan berjalan kaki dengan memegang sekaki payung,” katanya.

Ramuan wajib

Mengagumi khasiat ginseng yang dianggap sebagai penyumbang kesihatan dan awet mudanya, Muhammad bagaimanapun mengamalkan rutin mengambil serbuk ginseng secara tidak berlebihan.
“Saya ambil sedikit demi sedikit selang beberapa hari untuk membantu peredaran darah yang lebih baik,” akuinya. Di Korea, ginseng lebih terkenal sebagai ubat untuk menjaga kesihatan, mencegah penyakit dan meningkatkan sistem imunisasi tubuh.
GINSENG merah ini melalui proses rebus dan pemanasan selama empat.

Terdapat lima negara yang memiliki ginseng iaitu Korea, China, Jepun, Kanada dan Amerika Syarikat namun penghasilan ginseng secara komersial di Korea menjadikan ginseng dari negara tersebut sebagai yang terbaik. Bahkan, para pengkaji menyifatkan ginseng Korea adalah lebih berkhasiat kerana ia tidak pernah dipalsukan seperti ginseng China.

“Sejak dahulu lagi, budaya masyarakat Korea dan ginseng sangat rapat malah setiap hari rakyat Korea akan mengambil ginseng. Tidak hairanlah, Korea mendapat jolokan ‘Negara Ginseng.’
“Tradisi ini turut diamalkan sehingga hari ini. Bahkan bagi sesetengah orang, ginseng adalah ramuan wajib dalam masakan Korea supaya makanan lebih berkhasiat, contohnya sup ginseng dan telur goreng,” kata Muhammad.

Tambahnya, belum ada kajian yang menyatakan khasiat ginseng sebagai penambahan ghairah seks lelaki.
Sebaliknya amalan mengambil ginseng sama ada dalam bentuk pati, serbuk, teh dan lain-lain bertujuan untuk menjaga kesihatan.

“Dalam satu kajian oleh para doktor antarabangsa, pengambilan ginseng secara konsisten mampu mengurangkan risiko Alzheimer, menangani kencing manis, mengatasi masalah tekanan darah tinggi dan menguatkan sistem imunisasi badan.
“Malah, ginseng juga banyak digunakan untuk meningkatkan daya ketahanan fizikal dan mental, memberi tenaga, menstabilkan fisiologi badan, merendahkan paras kolesterol dan mencegah penyakit kanser,” jelasnya yang mempunyai lebih 50 tahun pengalaman menggunakan ginseng.

Ginseng yang berusia enam tahun sudah boleh dituai dan diproses untuk dijadikan makanan .

Mendapat jolokan ‘Herba Ajaib Dari Timur’, pengkaji Rusia berpendapat tumbuhan yang dianggap sempurna ini boleh menormalkan tekanan di saluran arteri dan berkesan dalam mengubati tekanan darah tinggi mahupun darah rendah.

“Ginseng adalah alternatif terbaik untuk melancarkan peredaran darah sekali gus meneutralkan asid dalam darah,” ujar Muhammad yang merupakan pakar akupuntur dan gingseng bertauliah.
Tidak hanya diambil sebagai makanan kesihatan, pemilik nama saintifik Panax yang bermaksud tubuh manusia itu turut dijadikan sumber kajian di Institut Kajian Universiti Nasional Seoul dan berfungsi sebagai agen penyembuh kanser serta diabetes di Hospital Pusat Kanser Korea.

Selain mengambil herba ginseng, Muhammad turut mengamalkan memakan makanan tradisional Korea iaitu kimchi yang disifatkan makanan terbaik di dunia.

Saya selalu percaya pada prinsip makan sedikit dan berjoging sejam setiap hari.

skrg ni kulit kusam dan berkedut kedut, parut2 jerawat yg sentiasa menemani
huhu...so amalkan pemakanan sihat dari sekarang

OH! Tamat sudah ganti posa

alhamdullillah.
selesai sudah ganti posa for this week,
selamat 4hari dari senin to khamis.
and weight back to normal 55kg
walau macam2 myoliza makan2
minggu yg ikut suka2 hentam makan jerr
hehhe....sbb pagi tadi dan semalam
sahur masak nasi goreng, kesian kat nasi punya pasal,..
tak baik membazir,..sebutir nasi ibarat setitis peluh petani.
sebenarnya adik myoliza tanak nasik,..pastu dia tak jadi makan,..
sebab kawan dia ajak makan kat luar,..
so akak yang baik hati ni pun,..rescue the nasikk lerr.
kesian nasik tuu. huhu.

OH! Myoliza food serving

bagi yg baru nak berjinak and  nak cuba2 diet atkins mesti tertanya kan,,
mcm mana nak kira 20g carbs kan,,,
myoliza punya cara senang jerr,..
ukur kuantiti yg nak makan tu dgn perut jer,..agak2 sendiri banyak mana nak mkn janji kenyang kan,...but make sure makanan tu hanya dr food listed sahaja,ok
bila nak masak,..guna mangkuk tu ukur kuantiti sayur
so, selalu masak sayur semangkuk + 1 lauk (samada ayam+ikan or udang)
bila dah masak letak dalam pinggan, penuh sepinggan tuu, kira cukup laa  1 meal serving for lunch and dinner

Oh! Atkins diet is SAFE!

Studies suggest Atkins diet is safe


NEW YORK, Feb 18 (Reuters Health) - The extremely carbohydrate-restricted Atkins diet is a safe, effective way to lose weight, according to studies presented at the Southern Society of General Internal Medicine in New Orleans.

A study of the diet conducted at the Durham VA Medical Center in North Carolina showed that on average, mildly obese people lost about 21 pounds in four months on the diet, and had positive changes in heart risk factors such as reduced cholesterol and increased HDL or "good cholesterol." These results are supported by a second study from researchers at the Atkins Center for Complementary Medicine in New York.


The Durham study included 41 mildly obese, healthy people who attended an outpatient clinic. The study participants followed a program that reduced carbohydrate intake to less than 20 grams per day, and included vitamin supplements, fish oil supplements and 20 minutes of exercise at least three times per week.



Over four months on the diet, the participants lost an average of 21.3 pounds, and showed a 6.1% drop in cholesterol, and almost a 40% drop in the level of triglycerides in their blood. In addition, their HDL levels increased by about 7%.



In a press release, the researchers also say that their study did not find any of the safety concerns voiced by the American Dietetic Association, such as potentially dangerous effects on liver and kidney function.



"In four short months on the Atkins Diet, we were able to confirm scientifically what Dr. Atkins states he has seen in his practice over the past decades. The diet lowers cholesterol and triglycerides and raises HDL... which may represent an entirely new approach to the control and prevention of heart disease," said lead researcher Dr. Eric C. Westman, assistant professor of medicine at North Carolina's Duke University.



The study is continuing in order to assess the long-term effects of the diet.



Reporting the results of the second study, Colette Heimowitz, director of nutrition at the Atkins Center in New York, said that it was based on 319 overweight or obese patients treated at the Center for at least a year. Investigators collected information on weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, kidney and liver function and other parameters during the study.



"What we found is what we already knew from anecdotal data," Heimowitz told Reuters Health in an interview after the meeting on Friday. "There were some pretty impressive benefits in body composition, HDL levels went up, LDL levels went down and blood pressure decreased," she reported. Where HDL is the good cholesterol for its association with reduced heart risk, LDL has earned the name of being the "bad" cholesterol because high levels are associated with heart disease.



"We now have data for the scientific community" on the healthful benefits of the Atkins diet, Heimowitz asserted.



The Atkins diet severely restricts carbohydrate intake to induce a state of ketosis, or metabolic starvation. Dieters are encouraged to measure urinary ketone excretion as an indication of how effective the diet is in inducing fat breakdown. "Ketosis is a benign byproduct of fat burning," Heimowitz asserted. "With an adequate protein and fat intake, there is no loss of muscle mass...There is no change in (blood) pH if the diet is properly done," she said.



However the diet is not for everyone, Heimowitz warned. "It's for those who need a correction in their sugar and carbohydrate metabolism...We encourage (vitamin) supplementation and an intake of 'good' fats, such as fish oil," Heimowitz commented.

SEMBELIT
Buah pisang dikatakan makanan paling mujarab bagi penyakit sembelit.

TEKANAN DARAH
Bagi penghidap darah tinggi, elok memakan buah pisang. Ia mengandungi ‘potassium‘ tinggi yang amat berguna bagi mereka yang melakukan diet rendah garam.
