Oh! 19 Ramadhan 1431H MINUS TWO

oppss,..off already, so hari ni x bangun sahur
alarm bunyi pukul 4.30pagi but ignore jer laa
buat tak dengar.
nanti sahur jer kul8pagi....
dah dapat kad merah kan.
so no worry,..makan laah apalagi.
macam biasa laa,...
hari ni breakfast,yerrr..

pagi2 dh ngap 2biji pisang
dlm kul11 plak ngap lagi,1wholewheat cappati with 1dadar+coselow


masak sambil melayan tenet,berYM and berFB
rentung laa jawabnyerr,capatti tuu..hehe sebelah nyer hanguss,..xperrr sebelah lagi ok,..
boleh makan lagi,...ngappp jerrr


hehe,..buruk perangai kan. ;D

berbuka / dinner malam ni:
menu mcm semalam jugak,..nak habiskan stok sayur last week so portion terlebih sikit
so hari nii, boleh mkn awal laa kan,..tak payah tunggu beduk bunyi
masak pun dah siap
1ikan jaket panfried+bakchoy+kerabu udang semalam
1biji pisang



jom makan.sedap nii.
