Oh! 15 Ramadhan 1431H

semalam nyer menu
dah 15 hari kita berpuasa yer
tinggal 2 minggu lagii
kita semua akan beraya laaa

wholewheat chappati & daging cincang

***myoliza hari2 dok sahur makan chappati ni kan,mcm best plak,..ngap benda ni,..lagipun senang
taruk jer, snowpea sprout,tomato,timun or apa2 saladand makan MACAM FOLDOVER MEMANG BESTTTT,nyum3, tapi wholewheat chappati brand KAWAN ni sekeping 19gcarbs, ;D



menu berbuka:

1kembung
sawi putih stirfry
umai udang,..mmg besttt
nyum nyum nyum
