Oh! 20 Ramadhan 1431H

apa yang myoliza makan hari ni...


7pagi: breakfast
500ml air kosong,
sblm masuk bilik air dah minum 500ml
1bijipisang
1wholewheat chapatti+1 dadar+coselow

3.00pm ~ teguk 2gelas air kosong


 
7.00mlm ~ dinner
500ml air kosong
1biji pisang
1ikan kerisi panfried+sayur campur stirfry

pencuci mulut:D


~ 1biji plum
~10biji dokong...
[abaikan ajer manisnya...klau nk makan aper salah nyer jgn seksa diri,ya!]
[esok adjust balik, back on track,sekali 2 kala curik makan,gak,..kikiki]
~500ml green tea

peringatan: kawan2 apa yg elok dari myoliza jer ikut, tak salahnya. Tapi yg tak elok jadikan sempadan,kitalah apa yg kita makan!

OBESITI SIFAR UNTUK SEMUA.
