Oh! 11 Ramadhan1431H

sahur:
hari ni kelewatan terjaga
alarm x bunyi
sedar2 dah kul5.30am
alarm rupanya tersalah set 4.30pm
patutlah x bunyi
so, sahur pagi ni sempat minum
500ml air kosong
2biji pisang...wohooo ;D
alhamdullillah,
minum lagi 500ml air kosong


juadah berbuka hari ni:
1ikan kembung masak cili hijau plus
1 keping terubuk masin
sayur taugeh
kerabu daging semalam
and arini nak makan nasi,..brown rice ;D
500ml green tea

****baru siap masak,..sejam lagi masuk waktu berbuka laa,...

update blog dulu,...korang berbuka apa arini yerr,?

alhamdullillah,juadah arini.sempoi jerr,..
terubuk masin, tuu masin sesangat,..amik secubit jerr,.dah namanyer ikan masin kan.
masin perghattt,..huhu...klau diet xleh makan masin2 tau!
