Oh!13 Ramadhan 1431H



sahur:
1biji pisang
500ml air kosong
1wholewheat chapatti
1hotdog+snowpea sprouts+tomato+mayo

berbuka:

ikan cermin rebus

sawi putih
brown rice

***harini myoliza masak termasin sikit laa,..huhu
org kata klau masak masin,...nak kawin lerr tuuu,..ada kaitan kaa!
telan jerlaaa...nak wat cam naa kan.

    PHASE 3, DAH BOLEH TAMBAH WHOLEGRAINS, MCM BROWNRICE,OAT,WHOLEWHEAT,..TAPI ADE SUKATAN NYERR,..INGAT INI HANYA JIKA BERAT TARGET & BMI DAH CAPAI SASARAN, YER!!! SBB CARBS DH TAMBAH DR 20,25,30, OR 40 EVEN 60G CARBS SEHARI, DEPEND PADA TAHAP KESIMBANGAN KARBO INDIVIDU.
