Oh! 2 Ramadhan 1431

sahur : 4.30 am
500ml air kosong
1ketul ayam percik
4sudu barley
baby kailan
500ml air kosongx2 ~ selang setengah jam sebelum imsak


berbuka: 7.30pm
500ml air suam
1biji tamar
4sudu barley
1ketul ayam percik
1ekor kerisi pan fried
sayur kobis campur cendawan tumis air
1mug green tea
500ml air suamx2

~ goreng cempedak,lagi...wohooo,..high carbs kan, nak habiskan balance sebelum puasa lagi...tak baik membazir, ;(

  1. Hai Ms Liza...;-)... Actually nak tanya sikit nie... br nak start diet nie... blh komen sikit tak pasal pemakanan saya dlm 2 ari posa nie... nak tgk jugak ok ker ko....;-)

    1st day
    sahur = 3 gelas air masak sejuk
    buka = ayam goreng seketul + terung goreng sambal separuh (tak amik pun bawang) + ikan pari bara seketul + kobis (buat ala2 salad) + 4 gelas air masak sejuk

    2nd day
    sahur = 3 gelas air masak sejuk
    buka = ayam percik seketul + yong tau fu (daging + udang + bendi + kobis bunga + kangkung) + karipap kentang separuh (teringin... huhuhuhuhu) + 4 gelas air masak sejuk

    ok ker ko pemakanan saya tu???... pastu kan maklumlah bulan2 posa nie... ikan bakar, ayam percik, puyuh goreng tu suma low carbo ker??? Tlg yek bagi feedback... Mekasih...;-)

    i cuba jawab,yer..lagipun saya bukan pakar,,and selera masing2 x sama,.as long as it low carbs,kan ;D selamat berdiet,
    1st day menu, tu ok,
    for sahur, u minum air sjuk jer???, mmg tak lalu kan,..tp i suggest,u leh tambah 2 telor rebus for sahur,..kasi tenaga, and for berbuka, menu tu, ok,cukup protein,.klau boleh lebihkan sayur hijau ;D

    2nd day,
    oo,..mmg u sahur air sejuk jerr,..???
    boleh buat scramble eggs + salad or amik kurma sebijik,..tp kurma ni high carbs...
    ayam percik,ok laa,..yong tau foo,tu sos dia high carbs kan,..karipa bertepung???

    apepun, just keep on going walau kantoi, sikit2 tu x per...tapi hasilnyer kurang laa,..tp bila time posa, sbb metabolisma jadi slow,..bila kita x makan,..so kita just control apa yg kita makan jer,...yg penting makan biar cukup and semestinya low carbs..pasti ade hasilnya ;D

    sebenarnya pagi tak lalu sgt nak makan... tu yg minum air sejuk jek... tapi rasanyer kena makan sesuatu jugaklah... mcm cadangan Liza tu...

    k lah.... saya pun dah 'curik2' menu Liza dr start diet tu.... blh kan...;-).... hopefully, dapat membantu... i will always follow your story... Slamat Berpuasa....;-)
