salam....rasa mcm nk ikut je diet oliza tu tp capati tak menggemukkan ke? jenama kwn ye? akak kan, puasa2 ni makin naik rasanya pdhal akak kurang mkn nasi. oliza bujang lagi ye? hubby akak ni mslhnya hari2 nak nasi, skrg ni akak cuba kurangkan santan, masak guna susu cair...

ReplyDeleteatkins diet ni low carbs and ade phase dia,..phase 1 induction ,phase2 ,phase 3, and phase 4,...if baru nk diet atkins nii,..x bleh amik wholewheat capati niii,...nnati berat x turun2 plak,..sbb only allowed 20g carbs per day, capatti ni sekeping dah 19g, ;D
but with atkins diet, eat healthy you loss naturally.
