Oh! 12 Ramadhan 1431H

sahur:
1pisang
500ml air kosong
sejemput brown rice
1/2 ikan masin
sayur campur
***minum air bebanyak sebanyak yg boleh sebelum IMSAK, supaya badan kita tak letih


berbuka:
tadi pi sopping kt NSK, ade beli ikan bawal and taugeh hijau, SNOWPEA SPROUTS, so menu petang ni
IKAN BAWAL TANDORI , amik resepi kt sini and sayur taugeh hijau stirfry.
ikan bawal dah siap diperap.nnt lepas berbuka bolehlah upload picture. ;D


inilaah hasilnya,..myoliza panfried jerr,..takder ruperr tandorrii kan,..haha...tp bolehh laa
