Oh! Cabaran 5kg - day 1


 berat pd 14.11.2011 = 59kg

hi,,geng,..hari ini cabaran bermula...
ade sapa2 yg follow myoliza...

pagi tadi akak breakfast:

1biji telor+3 ketul hotdog+brokoli+1/2 biji tomato
1 mug air suam

lunch: lupa nk snap gambar...
1ketul ayam goreng
sayur kobis+tempe grg nga bilis+nasi 2 sudu [opps ade gak nasi sikit]

 
dinner: nk plan mkn aper laa,...stok kt umah ade telor jer,...nnt singgah kedai mamak jap,
hari ni 1st day on track,..so beli ikan best sikit,..biar selera,...ikan bawal goreng[minyak sikit jer] and sayur kobis&brokoli strifry,..
