Oh! Phase 2 - On Going weight loss

after 42days induction, and lost 6kg...skrg myoliza masuk ke phasa kedua of atkins.
mesti ada yg nk tanya kn,..boleh amik nasikk tak lepas induction nii? lepas induction nk kena makan apa lagi?

secara teorinya,..dlm phase 2 of atkins, kita perlu tambahkan 5gram carb into our meal, or more,..depends  kt diri masing2 ,..tapi more portion of veggie,..mcm brokoli,bayam,kobis,..but still keep losing weight.

kesimpulannya,..MAKAN MACAM BIASA,,,TAPI ADD 5GRAM CARBS sumber dari sayur-sayuran,..bukan nasikk or rotii.

5g tu banyak mana??? myoliza ukur ikut perut jerr,..smlm buat sayur campur,,1mangkuk sayur...sekuali laa jugak, cam 2 org nk makan jer ;-D

tak pun leh baca kt link ni,..pasal atkins:phase2 on going weight loss

ni menu yg myoliza makan,..

sayur bayam merah

tenggiri goreng dlm pan, minyak sikit jerr

bekfast, telor mata+chicken slice+cheddar+salad

n dh terrrrrmakan,baru nk snap,..pari bakar+terung+taugeh+bakchoy


sup ikan wit brokoli,..nyum3
chicken slice and salad
ni tapau laa,...terung+sayur kobis+daging black pepper

dinner mm tadi,..sayur campur udang
bekfast harini,..dadar bergulung (filling tu,,lettuce+timun jepun+cheedar+mayo+tomato)

  1. akak da abes induction...lenni da kantoi hehehehe..so start balik induction..lenni keje kedai makan la kak..asyik terliur goreng pisang,kuih...sebab tu termakan gak satu dua..last lenni timbang 16.04...hehehe..nnt bulan 7 baru nak timbang..nk tgk ade turun x...slama nih lenni exercise di gym kak,gi 4bulan turun 2kilo je..hampeh sungguh...ahakss

  4. akak nyer tu manual adjust,,bukan digital,..40++ ker,..x smapai rm50,..brand hanson, max 120kg,..ada dlm range rm29-50,..cm tuu,boleh pilih yg mana berkenan ;-D
