Oh! KakiKu dibawa BERLARI

Pagi ahad yg indah,...bangun awal 6.30am, thanks to Allah kerna masih dapat menikmati pagi2yang indah.
hari ni hari yg ke14 for myoliza reinduction,..mlm tadi dah plan dlm kepala nk work out ngan cd Kathy Smith, yerlaa dh lama x exercise,..berat myoliza pun dh berkurang wlau x exercise hari2,..cuma naik tangga turun tangga jerrr,..and parking kete jauh2,jln laju2..(simple exercise gak ni,..)

tiba2 ubah plan udara pagi lagi fresh kt luar dr dlm umah,..baik pi jogging tasik titiwangsa.


set on the go,..walaupun sorang2...yes,yes,yes,,,jam menunjukkan pukul7.45am, hari yang nyaman,..sebab pagi tadi hujan,..harap sampai tasik nanti x hujan kan.

kasutku yang setia dalam kete ;-D


bekal 1.5L and 2telor rebus for breakfast,..satu sudah di NGAP,..



Kakiku dibawa berlari 2 pusingan tasik titiwangsa,..and i am feeling great,..tidak lagi kekejagangan bila 1/2 way berlari,..badan terasa ringan,..and tidak tercungap2 kepenatan,..seperti dulu2,..walaupun dah lama tak berjogging,..last time was on 5/3/10e 1st  induction about 1 mth ago...wow,,itu sudah bagus kan,...lemak2 sudah berkuranggg.

Panorama tasik titiwangsa yg masih setia menerima pengunjung utk pelbagai aktiviti riadah yg sihat, berjogging, berbasikal,..briskwalking,..ataupun riadah bersama family,..nak MANCING pun boleh. ;-D
                                                                                        
                                     
                                      

                                      
                             walau sorang2 but im not alone,..everybody are health concious now ,rite


                                         

9.15am,.cooling time,..finish for 2laps,..1 laps about 30minutes,..tu pun berhenti gak sekejap2 amik oxigen,
yes,akhirnya berjaya 1misi pagi ahad yg indah.

tahiah  untuk myoliza. yeayyyy (tepuk tangan untuk diri sendiri), now i am feelin fresh and great.
