Oh! Day 3 reinduction...and meal menu

huhu...re-induction...
weight before : 62kg

Day 1 ~ 05/04/10
B ~ 1telor rebus jumbo nutriplus+kobis+lettuce+1slice tomato+1sudu mayo
L ~ sup sayur+ayam
D ~ sup ikan



Day 2 ~ 06/04/10
B~ Telor rebus jumbo+1cheddar+salad+1slice tomato+1sudu mayo
L~ sup daging+ayam
D~ omellete bersayur(1bj telor jumbo)+1sudu mayo


breakfast ;-D
dinner ~ omellete

Day 3 ~ 07/04/10
B ~ 2 telor mata goreng+hirisan timun jepun+1cheddar+2slice tomato+mayo
L ~ Ikan kerisi goreng+sayur campur+kobis+daging goreng
D ~ belum mkn lg...nnt update lerr,..x tahu lg nk mkn aper nii,..

breakfast 2 telor mata+cheddar

lunch ~ huhu lumayan sehhh,..mkn kt gerai mummy, danau kota uptown rm4 sahaja ;-D

* minuman cam biasa air mati/jarang,..ore kelate panggil air sejuk ;-D
selamat beramaallllllllll,....

p/s: hari2 aku timbang,..td mcm dh turun 1kg,..hehe

D ~ 1telor jumbo omellete+3hiris timun+2hiris tomato

malam ni,..balik lambat,,sampai umah 7.20pm,..singgah kedai mamak beli kobis, n terbeli sardin,.. Sri Melati sardin (x penah dgr pun brand nii,..sardin cap ayam,hehehe ;-D tapi bukan AYAM brand,..tapi 0 carbs,...no idea lg nk masak cam ner,..so mlm ni masak omellete jer+sayur kobis+1spring onion+5bilis

    bakar ikan@ayam yg bergoreng kt still leh amik x...?pastu ok x menu diet sy klu camni:-

    B = omellete sayur+Air
    L = ikan@ayam grg(klu ssh jmpa d bakar)+syr+Air
    D = sup sayur+telor+Air

    ikan/ayam yg digoreng,boleh. tp klau dirumah digoreng pan fried jer.[minyak sikit,bkn deep fried] so, bila mkn kt kedai, yg bergoreng dimaapkan. csrbs utk minyak=zero
