Oh! BMI result...

masa lunch tadi, myoliza sempat pi farmasi vitacare,plaza idaman utk check lemak dlm badan,
nk tgk result nyerr,...huhuhu

date : 22/04/10
sex : female
age : 35
height : 154cm
weight: 61.6kg ...ni timbang digital....ade penambahan berat disitu,..huhuhu,,,timbang kt umah myoliza, 60kg jerr,.. scale nye ;-(

jeng, jeng, jeng...............screening test. 2minute (digital screening)


1. Obesity Screening

result: 35.1%  ~ very high,...ayoyoyo...byk lagi lemak kena bakar niii, huhuhu

2. VFAT (visceral fat) Level (ni lemak kt jantung)

    result:  7  ~ still normal but,..tapi range 1-4 lg cantikk laaa,..kena kurangkan lg ;-(


4.  ASIAN BMI (body mass Index)

     result: 26 ~ overweight, kena reduce 6kg lagi tauuu,..huhuuhu,
     kena kerja keras lagiii, low   carbs

5.  BMR (basal metabolic rate)
     normal BMR is 1200 calorie, the higher the BMR the better >1200

    result: 1272....ada bagus,..ade peningkatan disitu,..weekend jogging, hehe,..naik tangga turun tangga ;-)


6.  % Skeletal Muscle percentage (OTOT)

result:  23.3 ~ low, kena byk exercise lg tk kuatkan otot,..naik tangga turun tangga laa cam nii,,,huhuhu


7. Biological age : ~ at least your age / the younger the better.

result : 47
huhuhu, tambah lagi umur tuuu, ayoooyoo, ni dh pangkat nenek ni,,nenek kebaya :-D
pharmacist tu suggest MAKAN MALAM KUL 6PM,...ayoyoyoyo,..mana sempat,...mkn kul8 pun kdg2 terbabas, klau cm tu 5.15 terus cabutt laaa...huhuu...dia kata myoliza byk pikir,...dok pikir apa,yerr,..mcm mana nak KURUS ;-D


recommended:
no oily food plzzzz...especially goreng2
do more exercise ~ joging, and naik tangga turun tangga,..ni jer exercise yg myoliza buat ;-)
and mlm x leh amik susu, waktu pagi seeloknya
and minum vitagen or yakult,..tuk perut sihat,..bakteria baik nak jugak
and amik supplement dia laa,...ni BIOLIFE

1. asthaxanthin ~ tuk pecah lemak
2. Livasil ~ buang toxin,...sbb myoliza byk toxin,..ada gak gitau dia myoliza amik green tea tau,..byk toxin gak
3. flaxseed oil ~ ada omega 3,6,9 -for healthy skin
4. anti FR ~ anti oxidant ker,..lupa dah,..

ni laa semua yg myoliza kena amik,...total rm2++/=

p/s. blum beli lg,..belum cukup bulan,..masuk lam budget dulu,..at least myoliza tahu,..tahap kesihatan lemak dlm badan,kan,...so sesapa,...yg ade masa,..leh laa pi check,yerr x rugi pun,,,x kena bayar 1sen pun,...
coretan lemak utk myoliza ;-D

    at least kita tau,..ttg tahap lemak dlm badan kita kan,..yg kurus x semestinya xder lemak,..my fren yg berat 53kg,tinggi sama,..lemak dia lebih byk dr myoliza, 35.7 ker ;-)

  3. wah menaraik nie.. last check masa kat uum dulu.. minggu kesihatan... agak2nya sekarang makin teruk...

    kak nak tanya lah nape ye minggu kedua nie berat ain tak turun tak naik.. mcm tu je.. makanan ain ada masalah ye... tak leh makan sedap2 agaknya..

  4. akak pun,..sama, skrg akak naik tangga turun tangga tuk exercise,umah ting14,..ada terbaca kt blog laura dolson tu,..phase2 berat turun a bit slow dlm 1-2lbs tu normal,..lbh krg 0.45-0.9kg...

    kdg2 terlewat mkn faktor gak,..time sblm kul 8pm,..tapi seelok2 dlm kul 7pm,
    sbb pharmacist smlm suggest lg awal kul6,..time makan kena priority laa lepas nih, ;-D
