minuman: air kosong /air suam
p/s.esok balik kg,..cuti seminggu,....yahooo,....harap2 diet leh kontrol,...byk godaannii,...lompat tikam lama x make,...nyum3

bestnyer bleh makan sosej banyak2..unlucky kat sini sosej all 6g carbs/serving..alya baru mulai atkins..sudi2 lah akak jengah/follow blog alya..and cek menu alya dh betul ke x..hehe..alya betul2 nk kurus...
