dah hari ke 3....
breakfast hari ni,..hanya 2biji telor rebus+air suam ,...rebus jer,,,malas nk wat omellete,..less oily.
lunch,..? nnt laa,,x pikir lg nk mkn kt mn
ni haa lunch hari ni,kt danau kota,..ikan pari bakar+sayur bayam+sayur petola masak lemak+kerabu jantung+1/2 sudip nasi.huhu
p/s.[abaikan saja....akak dok wat try and error,,leh tak turun berat kalau makan mcm ni,dlm masa 2 minggu..wait n see,ya!!!]..nnt kita tgk perubahan.
dinner : 2 ekor ikan selar+brokoli rebus+1/2tomato

Assalam..salam kenal. nak tanya ni. akak kan tinggal 5 kilo je nk sampai target. patutnya akak kt tahap yg mana ek? Sblm ni dah turun 10 kg, tp ada curi2 sikit. Wpun curi2 ttp turun 1 minggu 1 kilo.

ReplyDeletemawar merah: if u dh capai berat BMI and 5kg to target weight,..u can slow add,,food suggestion kt stage 3,..leh check kt link atkins.leh dh amik wholewheat bread or beras perang and pisang small size,..if berat naik,,just adjust balik,..dulu akak wat mcm tu laa..
ReplyDeleteskrg myoliza,back on track,after gained 4kg,,lama sgt dok bedal mkn.ni pun x strict atkins,...simplified sendri,..low carbs low calori.
if,for beginner,,pls do strictly 2 weeks induction for KETOSIS TO EFFECT.

elakkan mkn manis or minum manis,..u will craving for food,..tu yg kebulur lapar,,walau dah breakfast sepinggan nasi lemak.huhu

klau ikut atkins,..mkn lauk n sayur dulu,..but tahu sumbat tu dr soya kan,..still ok, maybe carbs dia tinggi sikit,..kalau seketul dua tu boleh.tp sos tu xleh amik
