bila pasang niat nak betul-betul diet,...mcm2 aral yg melintang...cabaran nafsu makan,...nak ke tidak jer,..kuat tak kuat
1.semalam...10.11.11 - monthly birthday celebration, makan kek secret resepi,..strawberry choclate & bos belanja nasi bungkus ayam kampung, Kg Baru,...huhu amekkau - licin.
2. hari ni, 1.11.11..makan mcm biasa,...breakfast 2kpg roti wholewheat & tuna sandwich+green tea...lunch kt dapur sarawak,...normal eating,...cuma nasi amik sikit tp sejak 2 menjak ni perut dh sebu,..bloating,..bila x eat healthy,..badan pun dah sengal-sengal.
3. esok - 12.11.11 , pagi opismate belanja nasi lemak....dh inform awal2 standby jer,...makan [murah rezeki], . ..tengahari,..ade jemputan kawin,..laa pulak kt Setia Alam, Shah Alam.
4. on sunday - 13.11.11 - jemputan kawin lagi,...opismate nyer kenduri,....makan2 lagi...
5. on monday ----14.11.11 ...plan back on track diet,..eat healthy,....you will lost naturally
6. on tuesday....15.11.11 ----ade opismate belanja nasi lemak lagiiiiiiiii -------oh tidakkkkkkkkkkkkk

p/s. kuatkan semangat saya ni,......i want to look good, lean and slimmer.hookay. GEMUK ITU HODOH

ReplyDeletekak liza, sebelum start diet isnin ni, pulun aje makan. tp yg hari selasa tu, no no no.... su tengah view menu2 akak terdahulu. bersedia untuk berdiet ni. hehehe
