bf hari ni sama jer....3ketul hotdog+1scramble egg+tomato+timun


lunch: asampedas ikan pari+sayur kangkung+tempe grg bilis

dinner: paprik ayam

  1. salam akak... hye... saya suka menu akak.. saya baru mula diet hari nie, tapi saya nak tanya satu soalan.. akak masak semua tue tumis guna bawang ker..?? kalu saya yang baru mula diet nie makan masakan yang ditumis bawang boleh tak..??

    kalau grg..tumis guna bwg sikit,,,minyak sikit jer,..x garam sikit and kicap POPO...jer,..

    saya baru atkins induction hari ke 11...tapi jarang masak..byk beli kat kedai je...jadi makanan yg dibeli tu sesuai ke..sebab lebih kpd berminyak ..mcm mana ya,,
