Oh! Cabaran 5kg ~ day 9

    ni sy cuba try n error jer,..amik nasi sikit jer tu,..dlm pic mcm byk kan,.lunch jer, dinner x amik nasi.

    p/s.yg penting jgn amik mknn bertepung and bergula.tu cm serbuk penaik laa,...membantu cepat gemuk.huhu

    and,..kita kena mkn 3X sehari x leh skip meals.baru metabolisma maintain

    tapi sebelum tu leh tak nak tahu.. pukul bila kita nak amik bf/lunch/diner ni...

    sebelum ni saya wat, sebelum pi keje, pastu kul 10 dah lapar....

    akak kasi time yang sebetulnya.tq

    satu lagi... hotdog tu guna brand ape ey? ingat nak singgah pasaraya cari stok...

    kalau ikut time akak,..bf tu,..bawa bekal,,and makan kt opis,.dlm kul 8.30,..sbb tu bekfas kena amik protein,sbb dia mengenyangkan..

    lunch tu,..kul 1, ikut waktu lunch jugak,,,

    dinner,..sblm kul 8,..paling lambat pun 8.30,..tp yg penting kena makan,...xleh skip meal,..and jgn kasi masuk mode lapar...bekeroncong

    p/s.tu akak beli brand ayamas,..makan per serving 3 or 2 ketul ;D
