breakfast nasi lemak,..so amik 1/2 nasi lemak 50sen +1biji telor rebus+1ketul ayam masak merah+air suam
lunch: 3ketul ayam kari+sayur bayam+peria+1/2 sudip nasi+air suam
malam: 1/2 nasi lemak 50sen balance pagi tadi+1ekor ikan bawal+1biji telor rebus+1/2biji tomato
p/s.agak2 berapa kalori tu,...carbs,..tak yah kira laa,..terlebih sudaaa....mmemang tercabar.
