Oh!Cabaran 5kg ~ day 7

wahh,..dah seminggu,..masa utk timbang...huhu

 20.11.2011 ~57kg...
bangun pagi2 ,,,a good time to timbang laa,..perut masih kosong,..


betul ke penimbang ni... 2 3 kali akak timbang,...xkesah lah janji turun,,,
1kg or 2kg pun x perlah..takut jugak kalau xder penurunan sebab makan nasi kan,...bg yg baru nk try atkins,..elakkan nasi dulu...sebab org gemuk mmg sensitip carbs.
akak ni dh cabaran diet kali ke 3 dah...;D

pagi ni,..dgn hati yg malas,...tp kuar jugak pi jogging kt tasik titiwangsa,,,tp hari ni just walk not run,...sempat 2 pusingan,...tp jgn jln lenggang kangkung,..jln dgn laju yer...biar rasa kaki tu stretching masa jln,,,baru ade effect dia,...peluh laa jugak,...

late breakfast....3ketul hotdog+1telor mata+1/2 tomato
[minggu nimenu hotdogjer,..hehe,,,beli stok 2 peket ...lumabis lg....process food x digalak...tp myoliza mkan jgk...kenapa?...high sodium [garam.nnt badan kena retain air]




lunch &dinner hari ni ; 1mangkuk sup ayam

  2. hehe,,mcm x cayakn,..sbb mkn nasi,..tp qty nasi tu SEDIKIT SAJA,..1/2 SUDIP...and elakkan minum or mkn MAKANAN MANIS & BERTEPUNG.

    QTY DOES MATTER.

    saya on atkins hari ke 19. turun dah cecah 2.5kg tapi reinduction lagi...salah makan but keep it up...just join me at http://www.fatsecret.com.
    kat sini boleh calorie counter on any diet...

    berat mula: 61.5kg
    now: 59 kg
    target: 47kg

    maklumlah bertubuh rendah, so wish me luck too.

Slm ,sy da start diet atkin slm 17 ari..tp brt trn 2kg jer...npe agknyer...rs cm da follow btol2.. tp xbrkesan cm org len la...ni menu yg sy mkn,bf_ telur rebus 2 bj,lunch,sup sayur cmpr telur or hotdog or aym,dinner, ikn 1 ekor...tp 2 3 ari lps ad gak trcuit cheese cake n kopok ikn...tp brt ssh sgt nk trn ni...
