my dinner ; ikan kembung stim dalam kuali
hari ni balik umah lambat,pi beli tiket nk balik kg,...dinner,..menu yg paling cepat dan ringkas,..stim jer laa ikan dlm kuali....
sedap2 menu tu.. tapi skrg dah makan nasi ye?

ReplyDeleteakak wat cabaran 5kg,,,tp mkn nasi,..saiz 1/2 penumbuk, lunch sahaja.
mawar merah: alhamdullilah,..cabaran 5kg,,with nasi,..1st week akak turun 2kg.
yg penting low carbs, low calori,..altogether...but still depends on your metabolic rate,...and 5kg to your BMI weight.
setiap org results mungkin x sama.

ReplyDeletebahasa muda low kalori tu kuantiti sikit,..sbb tu bila kita wat atkins automatic low calori,..
with a condition makanan yg kita ambil tu healthy food,,low glycemic index...leh baca byk info pasal GI food ni kt internet or about low carbs diet link or susu sejat ade terang nga mudah.
p/s.akak x tumis....campak semua bahan,,letak air sikit,garam sikit,kicap POPO 1 tbs,hirisan bwg,halia,asam kpg kecik 1,...tutup jerlaa nga kuali.
