Oh! Cabaran 5kg - day 6

breakfast: 2 ketul hotdog+1ommellete+1/2 tomato+air suam

lunch: salad udang+1telor mata+2 sudu barli

 

dinner : 1telor separuh masak+barli jer.....stok dh abis,,malas kuar umah..makan apa yg ade jerr...huhu

  4. aa,..ltk ikn,,air sikit,letak asam kpg kecik 1jer,garam sikit,tbh sayur &tomato...akk letak hirisan buah pala sikit...tutup hingga masak.hehehe..resepi campak2 jer,,xyah tumis.mcm rebus ikan jer.
