Oh! Menu diet aku

Ni laa apa yg aku makan selama seminggu,..no nasi plzzzzzzzz,..probihited di sini,..kena utamakan yg low karbohidrat sahaja...ingt tu,..low carbo only!!!

    saya skarang pun kene diet karbohidrat atas nasihat dr..sangat ketat diet yg saya kene amalkan
    pagi susu omega + quaker oat
    tghr sup sayur + ikan
    mlm sup sayur + ayam/kadang2 xmakan..

    hasilnya,seminggu saya turun 5kg..
    ni dah masuk hari yg ke9
