Oh! Omellete

Malam tadi dah siap pikir2,..nk makan apa laa utk breakfast pagi ni,hari2 telor goreng boring gak....so smlm terjumpalah resepi telor kt 1001 resepi.com, OMMELLETE..so arini try laa,..ni pun bahan improvise sendiri jerr,..telor sebiji+1/2 kpg cheddar+1/2 tomato+sehiris pepper...




ini laah hasilnya (ala ala telor dadar laa kan)......bekal ke opis,..nyummy,..letak mayonis sikit




Tengahari semalam lunch kat kedai sebelah,..order sup ayam campur daging,..huhuhhu,,,kakak tu letak bawang lagiii...(berapa bayak carbo yer dlm bawang tuu,..efek laa diet aku)



for malam,..rasa nk makan yg light2 jer,..goreng ayam and kobis jerr...heavy tak nii aku makan,..ke tinggi protein,..agak2 lebih tak 20gram carb sehari...hrmmm
