Oh! Breakfast Oat with Kiwi and Pisang

kiwi ,epal & pisang lemak manis,,dah lebam baru amik gambar
buah beli kat chowkit murah! murah!

monday ~ 4tbs oat+1pisang+kiwi+1telor dadar ;D

tuesday ~ 4tbs oat+4sudu HL milk+1/2kiwi+1pisang

monday~dinner kobis+sawi stirfry+tenggiri panfried

tuesday lunch~
patin masak tempoyak+kangkung+sup bunga kobis+tempe kentang,huhu


singgang 2 ketul tongkol+bunga kobis;D

***phase 3, pre maintenance u can add :
wholegrain : oat, brown rice, barley
buah : pisang and kiwi and apple
