can add up to 10g-20g of carbs
utk capai ACE and CCL,..either maintain or gain weight if add more carbs..
so need to monitor for 1 months,..mcm trial and error gak
adjust sendiri laa,..dgn makanan2 baru, food listed kat phase 3 nii
mcm pisang, whole grain,oat.
setiap org tahap critical carbo and tahap keseimbangan carbo tak sama
