OH! 55KG after 115days with ATKINS

alhamdullillah, syukur
after 115days of riceless day
myoliza capai berat BMI 55kg
with discipline and superwill power
IF U HAVE THE WILL. U WILL FIND THE WAY.
semua org boleh kurus,..yg penting eat healthy, u loss naturally
for me with ATKINS it helps, even some people says ATKINS doesnt work.
but  its your choice, U ARE WHAT U EAT.

    dlu dh turun 10kg...rasa sonok sgt...sume bju
    n sua lame2 dah leh pkai...

    gara2 sonok sgt kan kak...sha trus x diet dh..
    huwaaa....npe la jd cm tu kan...disiplin
    sume dah lost...x leh nk diet dah...

    target nye taun ni pkai kebaya...x de can lg
    la jawab nye...hurmm...akk bg la smgt sket kt
    sha...hurmmm.. :( :( :(

    setiap org metabolisma badan x sama,.sunnah posa adalah menahan dr lapar dan dahaga,nk bg rehat sistem dalam badan dr bekerja.

    diet pulak, kontrol makan,maksud makan secara sihat, gizi seimbang,..atkins pulak diet rendah karbohidrat,limited 20g sehari,..so kena mkn 3x sehari,minum air 8-16gelas, jgn jgn biar perut masuk mode lapar. so, bila posa,.kena amik sahur (menu lunch for sahur),..but diff body diff result. sbb bila posa metabolisma akan rendah.

    and konsep posa sbb nak kurus adalah salah.dini, ini pendapat akak jer,..bukan pakar. apa2 pun selamat berdiet. kita adalah apa yg kita makan. eat healthy u loss naturally. ;D

  11. saya bru jer ank seorg..tpi bdan dh mkin naik plak..jeles tgk suami saya slim lgi..hahaha..
    tkut suami sya beralih arah jer,ye lar,lelaki jarang sukakan wanita gemuk kan....help me..
    lps pantang 60 lbh jer...hbs pantang jer dh naik smpai 70 lbih!!!huhuhu...
    bgi lar smgt ckit kt saya akak...:)

    if u go thru all my posting,..u can copy the menu from breakfast,lunch and dinner,..mostly akak makan, ikan, sayur stirfry, sup,..breakfast, menu for beakfast fr telor, omellete/telor mata/hard boil/scramble ,..u can get some ideas what to eat,fr the old posting...sbb akak update everyday apa yg akak makan tuu...tq
    mia,semua org leh kurus, with atkins, eat healthy, u loss naturally.

    p/s. fyi, pregnant lady or breast feeding,..tak sesuai diet atkins.

    u prove it kak liza...without pil, without slimming diet, just eat a healthy food akak berjaya juga trnkan berat bdn dgn cara yg selamat..
