Oh! Nak Low carbs 3 hari boleh...

pesal 3 hari jer..?
hehe...ahad ni ade open house lagi...
tak abis2 kan open raya...
ni open house opis at Saloma Bistro..dh 3thn berturut-turut dh kat sini
kena jadi usherer,..so kenalah diet...
i want to look good...huhuhu...xnak tembam dlm gambar,,,boleh..;)

p/s. smlm pun jadi usherer at UIA signing ceremony at Marriot Putrajya,...

pagi ni,..breakfast: 2biji telor rebus and minum air kosong jer

  6. klau ikut label,,yup its ok,..zero carbs,..tp sos2 bagai ni,..high in sodium,kandungan garam tinggi yg menyebabkan water retention.setakat nk makan sikit2 lepas kempunan,oklaa,..but kena ikut peraturan per serving laa kan.just my opinion. ;)

  8. wahh target lbih kurang sm ngn sy.. tp berat bru turun sekilo jer. dh 5 hari join. tkot gak terlebih karbo. huuu
    lgi satu sy mmg tk exercise ngn tk byk gerak. duk umah jer.

  9. nuyu,.kalau nk cepat turun and balance,,wat lah exercise,akak dulu hari2 naik tangga turun tangga ting 14,x guba lif and hari ahad pi jogging.

  10. saye dulu da try diet ni.. mmg cepat dan berkesan,, berat sy dulu 97kg.. dlm masa 2minggu je jadi 92kg.. tapi sy tak wat pape pun duk umah je kira ok la tu kan?? pehtu puasa n raya tak pantang langsung, berat naik balik jadi 94kg.. huhuhu... skang baru mula balik.. baru 4hari sy wat diet ni.. dr 94kg arini sy timbang 89.9kg.. haha.. seronok2.. yg penting kene minum air byk2 akak liza an :D

  11. xsenkamen,betul tu..kena minum byk air,..at least 3 liter sehari,..boleh meningkatkan metabolisma dan pembakaran lemak.
